Thank you very much for your feedback. We're pleased that you enjoyed our location, your spacious riverside pitch, the swimming pool and the many cycling routes and activities around the campsite. Unfortunately, the extreme heat during your stay had a real impact on the grass, particularly on the riverside pitches. We hope you were still able to enjoy the lovely view over the Loire. Regarding the water supply, there is a water point located quite close to pitch 11, which can be accessed without crossing another guest's pitch. We're sorry if this wasn't clear during your stay – please don't hesitate to ask our reception team, who are always happy to show you the nearest facilities. We are aware that our main sanitary facilities are showing their age, and a complete renovation is already planned for 2027. Unfortunately, because we are located in a protected natural area, we are not allowed to cut back the trees or vegetation along the Loire. While some guests love the shade and wildlife, we appreciate that pigeons can sometimes be less welcome! Thank you as well for your comment about the water tap.
