Merci beaucoup pour votre retour Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre bivouac, son confort, la propreté de l’hébergement ainsi que notre petit-déjeuner. Nous transmettrons également votre gentil mot à l’équipe. Concernant la circulation, elle peut effectivement être plus ou moins perceptible selon les jours et les conditions, notre camping étant situé à l’entrée de Montsoreau. Nous sommes désolés pour les odeurs rencontrées dans les sanitaires. Notre bloc sanitaire est nettoyé deux fois par jour, mais il est aujourd’hui vieillissant et une rénovation complète est justement prévue cet hiver pour la saison 2027. Enfin, les 10 € correspondent à des frais de réservation fixes, indépendamment de la durée du séjour. Nous comprenons qu’ils puissent paraître importants pour une seule nuit, mais ils correspondent au traitement de la réservation et permettent également de garantir votre hébergement, ce qui est particulièrement utile en période de forte fréquentation. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our swimming pool and the spaciousness of your pitch. You’re right that our main sanitary block is showing its age, and a complete renovation is planned this winter for the 2027 season. Regarding the grounds and vegetation, this summer has been particularly difficult, with several heatwaves and restrictions preventing us from watering and, during certain periods, from trimming the hedges and vegetation. Unfortunately, after weeks of very high temperatures, the grass and plants inevitably suffered. We understand that the campsite may therefore have looked a little less green and tidy than usual during your stay, but these conditions were unfortunately beyond our control.

We’re really pleased that you once again enjoyed our location by the Loire, the cycling routes, our newly renovated pool and the welcome from our team. It’s lovely to hear that. We’re sorry that your pitch wasn’t as tidy as it should have been when you arrived. We have been fully booked throughout this period, with guests leaving and arriving every day, which can make it difficult to keep every pitch perfectly clear of fallen leaves between stays. Regarding the size, your pitch was actually over 100m². Our Loire-side pitches do vary in shape and layout, so some can appear smaller than others even when their surface area is similar. As you mentioned, our main sanitary block is showing its age and a complete renovation is planned for next season. We’re very much looking forward to this improvement too. Being surrounded by vineyards and wineries is a big part of the charm of our area. September is harvest time, so our neighbours at the winery are particularly busy at this time of year and there can occasionally be a little more activity and noise during the day. We’re pleased that you enjoyed exploring Montsoreau and Turquant, as well as our restaurant, the cleanliness of the facilities and the welcome from our team. Regarding the €10 booking fee, this is a fixed administration fee and is clearly shown before the booking is confirmed. We understand that it can feel more significant for a short stay, but booking in advance guarantees that a pitch is reserved for you. We were actually fully booked throughout September, so advance booking was particularly useful during this period.
