Set on land where 85% of the area is covered with poplars and pine trees, Camping Les Sables d’Or allows you to enjoy the coolness of the shade while basking in the Mediterranean sun. The campsite also features a 10,000 m² water park, “Pirates World”, a unique pirate-themed universe: wave pool, slides, and lazy river, providing fun for both young and old. For your leisure, our team of entertainers offers shows, cabarets, daytime and evening activities, as well as a Kids Club and a Teen Club. Adventure enthusiasts can immerse themselves in our Pirate Game activities, with two Escape Game rooms and treasure hunts, hosted within the Hôtel Cap Pirate, a pirate-themed museum hotel. Close to the area’s main touristic sites – Puy de dôme, Volvic and Vulcania – it enables you to enjoy a quiet site. You will also be staying next to the spa town of Châtel-Guyon so we will make sure you find all the quietness and services you need for a relaxing vacation.

Our Camping Village has been run for 60 years with the same philosophy: to offer a pleasant and peaceful holiday while respecting one's own and others' privacy. The pitches are all delimited and, for the most part, separated from each other by hedges of spontaneous bush. Cars have a separate car park and are not allowed to circulate inside the Camping Village. The entire facility is immersed in the shady coastal pine forest of the Maremma. Dogs are allowed on the pitches and in some rented facilities under the conditions indicated in the regulations. A restaurant, bar, grocery shop, bazar, bike rent and tours, and a sailing and windsurfing school are available to our guests. Complete service groups guarantee guests minimal travel to their pitches. In addition, the Camping Village is equipped with a camper service and free Wi-Fi. Racks for hulls and a facility for hanging and washing sails are available for surfers. Excursions can be booked with an Environmental Tourist Guide. There is a small playground and in high season sports activities are organized for children. Reservations guarantee a place that will be chosen from the free places on arrival. Magazines specialized in tourism, such as the German magazine Caravaning, often devote articles to the Maremma Sans Souci, describing its structural characteristics, but above all the quietness and nature of the place. Minors are not accepted unless accompanied by their parents for the whole duration of their stay.

For holidays in front of the sea, 20 meters from the beach, choose camping du Bord de Mer. Facing the atlantic Ocean, the campsite is situated in a large garden planted with trees and offers calm, serenity in a friendly atmosphere. The covered swimming pool is heated up to November. The campsite has a human size with its 88 pitches, with rental of moibl-homes, chalets, gypsy caravans and either traditional pitches for caravans, camping cars or tents. All the rentals, single storey and individual, are fully equipped and most have reversible air conditioning (individual electric heating for the few non-air conditioned models) and personal sanitary facilities. They are agreably separated by hedges of vegetation guaranteeing the tranquility and privacy of your vacation. MER-SABLE-SOLEIL is at the heart of the spots to navigate on the formidable spot that represents the pond of LEUCATE, ideal for all levels, initiation, water start, jibe, evolution, navigation in the _BASTON_ in total safety, accessible everyone (we can walk almost everywhere). It's a funboarder's paradise! For very experienced funboarders, the sea is a much more extreme spot than sailing on the pond.
