The campsite has 150 pitches which 70 are rentals. You should find your bliss here, between the traditional site for tent or caravan and the most comfortable and spacious rental. We are gratified to be able to provide chalets to book whatever the time of the year thanks to the central heating. 2 of them are adapted for disabled guests. We also offer different types of mobile home, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, with a large bay window for some to enjoy the light and landscape, with a wooden terrace for other. We also, for smaller budgets or for those wishing to stay in camp with some comfort, some security, bungalows without bathroom (use common toilet blocks). Situated on the banks of the Aydat lake, in the heart of the forest of Lot, the site enjoys a superb setting. We give priority to that environment, and so all of our sites are delimited with the most natural way, and our rentals with the most integrated one.

The camp site, situated by a crystal clear brook, is part of a former water mill. There are 55 camping pitches, of different sizes. Apart from the pitches situated by the border of the brook, there are also a range of terraces. These terraces are nicely private due to the wide green belts in between them. The entire property, in harmony with the surroundings, was formerly part of the rural _Chaules_ estate. The ruins of the old castle, owned by our neighbour, rise high above the trees and can be visited (at your own risk since parts are a little unstable). During the high-season period (July / August) the camp site is very family oriented with a wide range of facilities for all ages. Out of season, the camp site is very popular with people who prefer a quiet, spacious site with lots of opportunities for walking, excursions, etc.

The Domaine de l'Ours***, a small family campsite in Aubrac covering 2 hectares, has unusual lodges, wooden cabins and unusual tents.
