Fantastic location, so quiet (apart from when there was an act on). Massive pitch size. Good equipment.
There was a mouse in our cupboards! The pillows were not massively comfortable.

The air conditioning was a boon this year. We don’t think we could have survived without it. The chalet had been refurbished since we were last in it. We have stayed in the same chalet at least 6 times. Apart from the comment below, it was very good.
The refurbished main bedroom was unusable for us. The bed frame is too big and made getting around the bed impossible for us in our advanced years.

Fun pool area that allowed people to have fun and enjoy themselves.
More bar and restaurant staff needed.
Another place to order food during the day would be good.
We were disappointed that the Lake was not useable during our stay.
Obviously this was probably out of the control of the campsite, however an email update would have been appreciated as we brought paddle boards that we couldn’t use.
The rubbish and recycling is too far away from the pitches.

In general everything was very good and we are happy
Improvements could be better wifi coverage, the temperature of the outdoor pool was a bit cold even on a +30 degree day and the water drainage of our pitch was a bit rudimentary with just a pvc pipe sticking out of the ground

I loved the facilities and the cleanliness of the site and the variety of activities for the kids
23:00 is late for little kids for the finishing times if the nighttime entertainment. 22:00 would be perfect 👍

We had a great week on this site, the location was great, we were close to the main area but felt secluded and had privacy on the edge of the forest.
The pony riding is a shambles, the ponies are not trained, they leave you to take the pony with no supervision. The person in charge of the ponies seems to struggle with the animals and the customers. She was bucked off the horse and broke her arm, my daughter had been on that horse 10 minutes earlier. It's dangerous.

Lots to do on site.
There are a lots of rats on site. We saw over ten! Trim trees around lake and make better fishing stages.
Disappointing that some of the activities closed for the weekend which was the majority of our stay. We picked the site for the tree wires so sad they were closed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots to do at the site and entertainemnt.
The Elson point kept getting blocked. Also the restaurant doesn't have a children's menu so had an adult size portion for a child and had to pay the adult price! The menu was also a bit limited.
The recycling bins need to be labelled more clearly.

We loved the forest/lake side setting. The staff were fun, friendly and always very helpful and responsive. There were so many activities available day and night to keep everyone entertained. The pool was clean and good temperature. Our mobile was spotless.
Location of mobile (under trees) meant deck was a slippy when wet, minor problem and one that a quick hose/scrub will resolve.

A wonderful, friendly and relaxed parc surrounded by nature.
Review of the campsite
The parc had everything we wanted to have a wonderful, relaxing week with our 2 children (aged 15 & 10). The outdoor pool was clean and warm and provided lots of fun with slides. I loved that most of the activities provided were free and easy to attend. The lake and forest provided space and freedom in nature. Our chalet was situated within the trees, providing a private, quiet spot. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, watching a few bands while enjoying food and drink.
I loved how relaxed and traditional the parc is, not overly commercial. Loved it!
We found the lifeguarding at the pool and lake to be sporadic, which made us a little nervous. Sometimes they were there, sometimes not. Often when there was a lifeguard they did not appear to be paying full attention. My husband (a qualified lifeguard himself) almost had to rescue a young child who was struggling in the deep end.
There were some wobbly steps and handrails coming up from the lake past the indoor pool that could cause someone to fall.

Good space. Aircon was much needed! Clean and tidy. Shower was hot. Lovely terrace for outdoor eating and a litttle private garden.
Not ‘perfect’ (but that’s ok). A bit dated - some flooring had come up, doors on cupboards a bit wobbly etc. but didn’t affect experience.
The towel rail in the main en-suite is in a really inconvenient position making it hard to access the toilet! The shower in the en-suite was a bit weak on water pressure (we used the main shower in the end)

Very lovely surroundings, peaceful and very well maintained.
Need air conditioning, also an oven is needed plus electric kettle is essential, not everyone drinks coffee.

Location for cycling great, site well laid out, camp pitch was large and flat, facilities were new and clean. Entertainment good at night, pool was great and clean
A bit limited for eating in evening, pizzas or the restaurant which was a bit more formal.
