Hello Beverly, We have taken note of your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you were satisfied with the size of your pitch. We have taken note of your comments regarding the cleanliness of the toilet facilities. Cleaning is carried out daily, as is the replenishment of toilet paper. During busy periods, the intensive use of the facilities can unfortunately affect the results of the cleaning carried out between two checks. Please do not hesitate to speak to our on-site staff so that they can take swift action as soon as an issue is brought to their attention. As for the number of toilet blocks, their capacity meets the standards required for our classification. However, we understand that queues may form at peak times. The entertainment programme helps to create a friendly atmosphere at the campsite during the summer season. Given the heatwaves of recent weeks, we have decided, on an exceptional basis, to extend certain evenings slightly to allow everyone to enjoy a more pleasant time once the cooler weather returns. We apologise for this inconvenience; we will consider a different approach for next season. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière

Hello Martin, It is with regret that we have read your review. We are surprised by your comment about the welcome and support we provide to our guests. Our teams strive to offer the best possible service to everyone. Regarding the toilet facilities, we would like to point out that our teams carry out a thorough clean three to six times a day during the high season, precisely because of the high number of visitors. We are well aware that everyone’s respect and consideration are essential to keeping these areas spotless between each use. As for the catering, we decided to make some changes to our menu during the season, notably by showcasing our burgers, which are particularly popular. We hope that these few issues did not spoil your stay in Touraine as a whole. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière

Hello Matt, We carefully consider the factors that may have influenced your overall impression. The layout and size of our parcels do indeed vary, and we do our best to take into account the details provided at the time of booking. We regret that the pitch initially allocated was not suitable for the size of your tent, despite the information you provided, and your feedback encourages us to be even more vigilant on this point. Please rest assured that the welcome and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities. We are nonetheless pleased that our teams were able to find a solution as quickly as possible. We hope you were able to discover the treasures of the Loire Valley, with its castles, vineyards and the landscapes along the Loire. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière

Hello Kathryn, We have taken note of your unsatisfaction. It is a relief to hear that the cleanliness of your mobile home and the communal veranda contributed positively to your holiday. Our teams are committed to your well-being and do their utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay, and we are sorry that you did not feel their warm welcome. For safety reasons, gas barbecues allow you to enjoy meals outdoors whilst minimising the risks associated with fire. We have taken full note of all your suggestions regarding the outdoor facilities and our accommodation, which will inform our thinking as part of our ongoing improvement programme. We hope that, despite everything, you will still have fond memories of your stay in Touraine and your explorations of the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière

Dear holidaymaker, We have read your review carefully and would like to clarify a few points. The price for your 2-night stay was €34 per night for a pitch with electricity. Additional charges were applied based on the number of peolple (two adults and four children over the age of 5), the cancellation insurance you selected during the online booking process, and the tourist tax. The total amount was therefore fully in line with the services booked. Regarding the ground conditions, we recognise that the heavy rain of the last few days has made some pitches soggy. We are counting on the return of the sun to help the terrain to return to its usual state. If you had experienced an electrical problem, we would have been able to intervene or offer you an alternative solution, but you still need to inform us on site. Finally, our snack bar is indeed closed during the low season, but the inn located just opposite the campsite offers an option that is appreciated by many customers. We hope you'll give us a second chance to welcome you, in better weather conditions. Ghalia Management team Camping La Mignardière

Hello Jan, It seems you had an enjoyable stay, despite a few reservations. We’re happy to hear that you appreciated the care taken with our campsite and the quality of our swimming pool. Maintaining our pitches is a priority for our teams, and we’re pleased to hear that you found yours well looked after. Your comment regarding the snack bar’s menu at the end of the season has been noted. It is true that at this time of year, we gradually adapt our menu in line with visitor numbers. Your feedback will help us consider adjustments for future years. We look forward to welcoming you back to Touraine. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière
