Hello Jan, It seems you had an enjoyable stay, despite a few reservations. We’re happy to hear that you appreciated the care taken with our campsite and the quality of our swimming pool. Maintaining our pitches is a priority for our teams, and we’re pleased to hear that you found yours well looked after. Your comment regarding the snack bar’s menu at the end of the season has been noted. It is true that at this time of year, we gradually adapt our menu in line with visitor numbers. Your feedback will help us consider adjustments for future years. We look forward to welcoming you back to Touraine. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière

Dear guest, It is with regret that we have read your review, particularly as circumstances beyond our control prevented you from staying at La Mignardière. In accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, which you accepted when making your booking, failure to take out cancellation insurance unfortunately means that no refund can be issued in the event of you being unable to stay, whatever the reason. This optional insurance is specifically designed to cover this sort of personal contingency. We would also advise you to contact your bank, as certain policies may cover this type of unforeseen event. We hope that this setback will soon be nothing more than a distant memory and that you will have the opportunity to discover the Touraine region in the near future. Hello Harro, We have taken note of your message following your stay at La Mignardière. First and foremost, we are delighted that you enjoyed the coolness of our shaded pitches, which are particularly pleasant during hot weather! We have taken note of your comment regarding the reservation of sun loungers. We understand your frustration at this situation; however, we encountered exceptional increased visitor numbers due to the presence of a group. Despite the measures put in place to manage this influx, the organisation of the spaces may have been affected at times. We sincerely regret that this may have affected your satisfaction. We hope that these minor inconveniences will not spoil your memories of your stay in Touraine and we would be pleased to welcome you back. Alizé Management team Camping La Mignardière
