“La Garenne” Camping & Caravanning***, open all year round, offers stays by the week, at night or in long weekend, in rented accommodation (wooden chalet, cottages or mobile-homes) or on pitch about 100m² for tent, caravan or camper van, in summer as in winter. 35 minutes from Sarlat and 15 minutes from Lascaux Cave, “La Garenne” Camping & Caravanning is nestled in the heart of a natural park of oaks and pines. You are at the gateway to the Black Perigord, one of the most beautiful regions of France. Facilities: reception chalet with documentation, bar-restaurant, amenities block heated according to the season (with equipment for disabled people, washing machine and tumble-dryer), SPA Chalet (with Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna), swimming-pool heated according to the season (open from May to September), playground with trampoline and bouncy castle in summer. The park comprises 18 accommodations: mobile homes, chalets, cabins, lodges, caravans, and one rental unit adapted for people with reduced mobility. Around an old mill of the 17th century, you will appreciate in all safety our swimming-pool of 112m² with water-jets and for the children we have a paddling-pool with a waterfountain.

In a magnificent setting, on a hillside overlooking Sarlat, le Montant is run by a local family who are looking forward to welcoming you to their rural site – on an old farm with large open spaces and unspoilt landscape. There is a wide choice of quality accommodation: from traditional Perigourdian stone gîtes to welcoming, comfortable wooden chalets with panoramic views. On the campsite there are terraced pitches, modern sanitation blocks: shower cabins, nursery, laundry. Caravan and gite hire in Dordogne Périgord Noir in our 4-star campsite or Residential Leisure Park, but with no pitches for traditional camping in a tent or caravan. Having both the campsite, made up of and divided into large plots for caravans and gites, and a leisure park which welcomes the general public, people staying on the campsite benefit from free entry to the leisure park. Close to major focal points less than 15 minutes away, Les Eyzies for a lesson in prehistory, the edges of the Dordogne for its castles, the Vézère for cave-dwellers and canoes, Le Bugue.

The campsite is situated in a leafy environment covering 8 hectares in the Dordogne Périgord region of France.

The campsite has very spacious pitches (minimum 120m²), a snack bar, 3 sanitary blocks but also a beautiful terrace sheltered by the plane trees and overlooking the swimming pool, the playground and the fishing pond.
