Surrounded by greenery and flowers, walks by the river and up the hill, excellent pool facilities, friendly staff, excellent bar and restaurant. Great centre with lots of attractions within an hour's drive.

Excellent space for 2 people; might feel a bit crowded for 4 adults. Wouldn't consider it for 6.
Could give clearer instructions on radiators and ac system.
Sometimes the radiators went off for no apparent reason, when it was still cold by the river.

Fantastic site, couldn’t ask for more. Lovely private pitches and the planting is beautifully managed.
Staff were all very approachable and friendly.
Facilities were definitely 5 star.
In fact we loved it so much we returned for a second visit!
The only minor thing we can think of is the showers could be a bit hotter

Fantastic campsite, fantastic facilities, fantastic staff, what more is there to say!
Paper bags for food waste doesn’t really work because as soon as you put any “wet” food in it the bag falls apart. We used the cardboard trays from the takeaway (after we’d eaten our chips) to keep the food waste in and found that this worked much better.
Good sized pitch, good value with the special offer
Bit too shaded but can’t blame anyone else because we picked it!

We had an XXL pitch. Huge surrounded by trees bushes and a beautiful arches bamboo walkway at the side. The showers and toilet facilities are very modern and spotless. Staff are lovely too. Three pools to choose from. With the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi in the indoor pool area.! We traveled with our dog and he was welcomed too. He could even eat with us in the pub/restaurant (he is very well behaved)...the courtyard is gorgeous and the staff are lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this site. And already looking for early next year!
More choice for vegetarians on the menu. Just a veggie burger......

Le Paradis is an increasingly rare example of an outstanding campsite not dominated by chalets or owned by an anonymous chain. Great location, excellent facilities, wonderful ambience, friendly and helpful staff, just as the best campsites used to be! Fantastic and highly recommended.
