Le calme et la tranquillité, la verdure et la nature.
Emplacement ombragé
L’accès direct à la rivière
La piscine: entretien des terrasses ( mauvaises herbes).
Pas de vue sur l’étang alors que l’emplacement était au bord de l’étang, dommage
