Our campsite is perfect for families with children looking for quiet and safe unforgettable holidays! Camping le Transat is located in La Jousselinière - St. Georges d'Oleron, in the vineyards on Ile d'Oleron. Family campsite for relaxing holidays in mobile homes or traditional camping pitches. The Tamarins Plage mobile home campsite is located in Bois Plage in the heart of a protected, natural area, in the centre of the island only 300m from a long, fine sandy beach and 1km from the shops. Ile de Re is an extremely popular holiday destination in the Charente Maritime, with a pleasant, mild and sunny climate where you can discover the island’s marshes, dunes, sandy beaches and forests on foot or bicycle on the miles of cycle paths. Stroll through the streets of the 10 small villages with their pretty ports and charming, white houses. We have the pleasure to welcome you from April to October on 5 hectares wooded with holm oaks, plane trees and maritime pines. At 300 meters from the beach and sheltered from the dune, you will find among 254 pitches, a large choice of mobile homes, unusual accommodations and camping spaces for rent. Located in the heart of the Ile de Ré, the Amis de la Plage campsite is perfect for kicking back with family. The campsite enjoys direct access to the beach, meaning all you have to do is sit back and relax with no extra planning or driving involved! The Île de Ré is also a great choice for long bike rides. Cruise along the salt marshes and vineyards while soaking up the renowned local culture.

At the campsite, you will find peace and quiet ... On the southern orientation, the campsite is shaded. All sites have electricity. The tranquility of the site is ensured through access by automatic gates and vehicular traffic is prohibited from 22h to 7h. Guests arriving after 22h, can park in the parking lot close to the reception. A few meters from the campsite, a leisure center hosts a multitude of activities. New on our campsite in 2025, the snack!
