The new campsite Monplaisir on the island of Oléron in the Charentes Maritime is close to the centre of the village of St Trojan les Bains and its beaches. Its comfortable and well-equipped mobile homes are scattered across a lovely, wooded area. The campsite has an outdoor, heated swimming pool. For a lively holiday, activities are available during the day and in the evening during the school holidays in July and August. Children from the ages of 4 to 11 and teenagers from 12 to 15 can enjoy activities specially adapted to their age-groups. The campsite is ideally situated for visiting the island of Oléron and its many attractions : The Château of Oléron and its citadel, the light-house of Chassiron, the port of La Cotinière, the beach of Boyarville with its view over the famous Fort Boyard… As far as leisure activities are concerned, water sports are top on the list: sailing, wind-surfing, swimming, surfing, diving, boat trips, fishing… Other activities include golf, fishing, horse riding, hiking, sand-yachting, cycling and thalassotherapy treatments.

In a family and relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy in summer, direct and free access to the municipal supervised swimming pool (weekends in June, afternoons in July and August) or to the wooded petanque ground. We offer comfortable, fully equipped mobile homes, a heated swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-September, and a fitness room. At the campsite, you will find peace and quiet ... On the southern orientation, the campsite is shaded. All sites have electricity. The tranquility of the site is ensured through access by automatic gates and vehicular traffic is prohibited from 22h to 7h. Guests arriving after 22h, can park in the parking lot close to the reception. A few meters from the campsite, a leisure center hosts a multitude of activities. New on our campsite in 2025, the snack! 

The treasures of the Île de Ré Located on the eastern side of the Île de Ré, Le Bel Air Campsite makes an ideal base for exploring the wonders of this pearl in the Atlantic Ocean. The campsite offers traditional tent/caravan pitches but also the Freeflower all-canvas holiday home as well as beautiful cabins and lodges. From La Flotte-en-Ré you can enjoy the charms of the local ports and villages with their brightly painted shutters and narrow, wallflower-lined streets. The Bel Air is also a great starting point for exploring the island by bicycle or boat. For those interested in swimming, the long, sandy Plage de l’Arnérault is located just 900m from the campsite.
