The establishment

séjour très agréable, bien situé calme et proche des plages de sable fin, le camping Royal Océan est idéal pour passer d'agréables vacances, le personnel est très gentil , toujours disponible et attentif au bien - être des vacanciers qui y séjournent, bien entretenu et bien équipé de piscine , espace publique abrité, jeux extérieur pour les enfants, je suis très satisfait de mon séjour, j'ai l'intention d'y retourner et je recommande vivement.

The establishment

Le mobilhome était loin de ressembler au photos du site.... Pas propre et araignée partout a croire que personne était passé depuis un moment... La salle de bain la pomme de douche doit avoir 40 ans...Draps house de protection tâcher de sang... Bref hyper dessus.... Dommage qu'on peut pas y mettre de photo en preuve....

Mobilhome a remettre au propre et certaine chose à changer... Pomme de douche lunette des toilettes....

Bonjour, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Permettez-nous néanmoins d’apporter quelques précisions. Le mobil-home que vous avez réservé est bien celui représenté en photo sur notre site. Il s’agit du modèle Super Familial Économique, proposé à un tarif attractif en raison de son ancienneté, notamment au niveau de la salle de bain, dont l’équipement reste cependant fonctionnel et entretenu. Avant chaque arrivée, nos équipes de ménage interviennent pour préparer le logement et vérifier son état. Le mobil-home avait d’ailleurs été loué juste avant votre séjour, et le contrôle de propreté a bien été effectué quelques heures avant votre arrivée. Concernant les housses de protection, nous vous présentons nos excuses si une anomalie a échappé à notre vigilance ; un simple signalement à la réception nous aurait permis d'intervenir immédiatement. Nous prenons note de vos remarques et restons à votre écoute si vous souhaitez en discuter plus en détail. Notre objectif est de toujours nous améliorer et de garantir la satisfaction de nos vacanciers. Cordialement, L’équipe du camping
