A lovely family run campsite

We arrived very early in the morning as we had dropped our son at Marseille airport but was welcomed warmly. We were giving a popular pitch, the site was lovely and kept very well.

Review of the campsite

Paid for 2 nights ,stayed 15 minutes, not ready for business looked like scene from the Walking Dead .Bins on top of the pool cover, grass a foot high . Should not have been open for business don’t be fooled by the website pictures.

Hello Adam. You're obviously a very categorical person. I also really enjoyed "The Walking Dead" and your comment was quite funny. You may not be familiar with the region, but there's a wind here called the Mistral, and if the pool bin was blown onto the cover, it's a non-event: it was removed the same day... Regarding the lawn, we deliberately choose to space out mowing and cut the grass relatively high to retain moisture in the soil. I know that in Great Britain you're used to very short lawns, but if we maintained our lawns like the British, we'd end up with dirt pitches by June. For your information, the pool is now in use, children (not zombies) were swimming in it this very morning, and the lawns have been mowed at least twice since your visit.
