Bonsoir la famille. Toujours un plaisir de vous accueillir & si Sophie est bonne négociatrice… a cet été peur être.
Señor
Lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido satisfactoria (a pesar de nuestra amabilidad al recibirle después de las 19:00). No entendemos por qué no nos lo comunicó a la mañana siguiente. Quizás sea necesario revisar la iluminación, pero la calefacción de la casa móvil funciona perfectamente.
Por otra parte, le informamos de que una fianza es una fianza y no un pago, y que en ningún caso se le cobrará. El tiempo entre los bancos franceses y catalanes, como le he indicado, puede variar entre 7 y 15 días, y yo no tengo poder sobre el tiempo y mucho menos sobre los bancos. Tenga en cuenta también que no se ha respetado la limpieza de salida por su parte y que habría tenido la posibilidad de cobrarle 45,00 € por los gastos de limpieza, cosa que no he hecho.
