Our pitch was adequate, electricity was available.
The only drawback is that the pitch is not cleared in winter, and when it thaws, a lot of water collects under the car.

The best place to stay in Cortina
Review of the campsite
Beautiful nature, peaceful with only sound from the river rushing through the woods. It’s relaxing and safe. I stayed in a mini pod, comfortable bed, clean and warm. There is a Bar/Restaurant with a lovely lady, warm welcoming, friendly and there is also young man, helpful and professional, these two are assets to the Camp. Would love to return back, in the summer. Highly recommended.

The camping is located in the nature, the mini Pods are only 3 and at the end of the Camping so the surrounding is definately quiet.

Very nice I highly recommend especially because of the nice front Veranda. They are all new, very clean and located at the end of the camp. We have had a parking spot in front of it.

All staff are very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The lady helped me to find a garage to replace my headlight bulb, fir ever thankful for her assistance.
I had a choice of pitches to choose from. The campsite is situated amongst the trees overlooking the mountains and beside a beautiful stream.
The campsite is central to tourist spots which for me travelling on my own with my dog was superb.
I cannot review on the food as I cooked my own.
The site is dog friendly and lovely walks by the site.
I will return as it is a peaceful relaxing site to stay.
Thank you all.
Would be nice to see a dog shower installed to wash dogs off after their walks.

I was with a tent and a small car, the camping spots are large, both the tent and the car fit without any problem as well as larger vans, the spots are very well distributed, from every part of the campsite it is close to the bathrooms, there are shelters with benches where you can eat and a place for barbecuing, by the river there are also sun loungers.

The sanitary facilities were always clean. We always had hot water and toilet paper on the toilets.
The campsite was quiet and the owners were very nice and helpful. They also drove around the site to check everything which gave us a good feeling. The electricity was easy to use and did enough vor everything that we needed to charge.
We didn’t really have enough storage to effectively store our clothes and shower utensils but we made it work and it is not a huge problem. Other campers should note that there is a gate at the entrance which is closed from 11pm to 7am. We made it work as we had a tent but it can be quite challenging with other camping equipment.
All in all there are no real problems/ complaints just a few things that would make it easier for the campers.

For health reasons, I wrote you a request for a refund (or partial refund) of the deposit, but unfortunately, you did not grant my request.
My request for some credit for next year was also denied.
So, thumbs down from me.
Since we didn't arrive, I can't fill out the other reviews.

When you booked you signed a cancellation policy, what would be the sense of a deposit if you can cancel outside the terms of the policy?
What happens if everybody does this way?
By the way, you forgot to rate the restaurant...
