We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the air conditioning, the fridge-freezer, the outdoor terrace with table and chairs, and the accessibility of our pool area for guests with reduced mobility. We are, however, very sorry to learn that your accommodation did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the limited space around the main bed, the height of the toilet, the restricted kitchen storage, the narrow doorways and the shower water pressure. We also take note of your comment about the pool temperature. Your feedback is valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams as it helps us identify areas where we can improve our guests' comfort.
