Brilliant private facilities let down by noise from adjacent play area and large number of teenagers on site with no apparent supervision. Disappointed as the website made a point of stating how peaceful the site was.
Inform people in advance about the location of the pitch and proximity of the play area.

Nice little site.
Review of the campsite
Good location to visit Carnac and the dolmens. Good cycle paths and tracks.
Our pitch was very small and difficult to manoeuvre our little caravan into. Motorhomes having similar issues with some pitches.
Once set up it was lovely. Only two water taps, one of which was very slow. Had to drape our cable over bushes to reach electric point.
Very haphazard but did enjoy our three night stay once set up.

I liked the site and there is nothing you can do about the location but it was a long stroll into Carnac during the day and returning at night by foot is a big ask! Unfortunately we cannot cycle!!
We tended to get up around 9am like most people but the cleaning of the toilets and showers occurred at the same time. The cleaner did an excellent job but as the climate is cooler, they didn’t dry before I went in with shoes with gravel attached! It wasn’t anyone’s intention to mucky the floors but delay cleaning perhaps until the majority of users have finished?

On the whole the pitches are good but some get more sun than others. Ours was shady and therefore more mosquitoes and blue bottles to deal with!!

Bonjour Helen, nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour dans notre camping n’ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Comme en témoignent nos avis clients, votre expérience ne reflète pas le niveau de tranquillité et de confort que nous réservons à nos campeurs. Nous tenons à préciser que votre emplacement était bien prêt à vous accueillir. Comme vous le savez, votre voisin absent au moment de votre arrivée, avait branché un appareil sur votre prise. Vous avez alors préféré un autre emplacement, choix que nous avons honoré avec plaisir.
Concernant les moustiques, nous comprenons la gêne occasionnée par leur présence estivale. Sachez toutefois que nous sommes très vigilants pour qu'aucune surface d'eau stagnante, aussi petite soit-elle, ne devienne un site de développement pour eux.
Beaucoup de vacanciers apprécient la végétation de notre camping qui procure ombre et fraîcheur. Cependant, lors de votre prochain séjour, n’hésitez pas à demander un emplacement moins ombragé. Nous serons ravis de vous proposer une solution qui conviendra mieux à vos attentes.

I think the site is more mobile home based. Not really suitable for camping/motorhomes
Original pitch not ready. Second pitch full of mosquitos. Constant hedge trimming till pm every day. Very noisy. Not peaceful at all. Nearly left early not wanting to stay there.

Lovely setting. Pitches are laid out well with hedging for privacy. Very clean sanitary blocks. Helpful staff. Quiet site with a friendly atmosphere. We didn't use the pool but it seemed very popular.
No natural shade. We had to position our campervan to create shade. We also had a streetlight shining directly into the vehicle.

Clean and well-kept site, Helpful staff and good facilities. Easy cycle into the town and supermarket or beach. Lots to do for kids both on and off the site. Fantastic markets in Carnac.
No Toilet seats. I understand why they are not there but really, its not good.

Good size pitch , no problem with electric , water pressure was very low so long time to fill a container but not a great problem.
Not a level pitch, lots of tree roots but it was ok. You just need to work out where you're going to park on the pitch in advance.

Friendly, relaxing campsite in a quiet location. Helpful and friendly staff at reception.
Roads to the camping pitches are narrow - a number of people struggled to get into their pitches with motor homes/caravans.
After rain the pitches were very wet/muddy

Very friendly and approachable staff, warm welcome on arrival and efficient check-in process. Very good facilities, clean and well kept. Pitch was sheltered and quiet.
