A real French Campsite!
Review of the campsite
A well placed site, 20mins from the beach but very secluded and generally very quiet. Our pitch was very generous and our large (7m x 5m) tent and van used only half of the space. Electric service was excellent, no failures while we were there. Toilet block was always clean and staff were friendly and obliging. There was entertainment three of the 6 nights which we were there. All were well supported and enjoyable and we're better than I would have expected for a relatively small site.
WiFi where we were was poor, but telephone signal was good enough. The food in the bar was simple but filling and portions were generous, but service was a bit slow, both times we used it, but it was busy every night, so maybe our experience was a one off. There was a welcome evening on Sundays, we did attend but it was all in French (unsurprisingly), and my limited understanding meant it was of no use. The attempt to reduce water usage was undermined by not having plugs in the washing up sinks, so if you didn't have a bowl everyone was just washing under running water.

For the wifi, as in many places in the region, the network can be a little less reliable in the busy summer months. If you ever need a stronger connection, you’re always welcome to come to reception where it’s more stable.
Regarding the restaurant, it is independently managed, but we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words about the generous portions as well as your feedback on the service.
For the dishwashing area, we chose not to use plugs for hygiene reasons, but we really appreciate your comment and will think about solutions that can save water while maintaining cleanliness.
It would be a pleasure to welcome you back for another relaxing and enjoyable stay with us.

La climatisation et l’espace du logement, pas mal d’équipement dans le logement qui a dû appartenir à quelqu’un auparavant, place à l’ombre pour la voiture

Tout est propre. Des personnes passent nettoyer régulièrement les parties communes, allées pour retirer les éventuels déchets, etc...
Piscine au top, l'eau du pédiluve est changée régulièrement, l'eau de la piscine est propre et la température de l'eau est juste fraîche comme il faut lorsqu'il fait chaud. Ça rafraîchit bien.
Notre emplacement était bien situé et ombragé.
Bonne ambiance dès le premier soir petit concert chorale.
Je compte bien revenir c'est un super camping de dimensions idéales avec des enfants.
Personnel super accueillant (acceuil, entretien, maître-nageuse, ...).
Si je dois être un peu tatillon, le point d'amélioration est la terre sableuse dans les allées et emplacements qui nécessite un petit lavage des pieds régulier surtout avec les enfants.

Excellent séjour dans ce camping calme au milieu de la forêt. Le mobilhome que nous avons eu été bien situé, spacieux et très propre.
Le personnel a été très accueillant, souriant et bienveillant. Le camping est propre, les emplacements sont aérés, et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de passage dans la rue est un plus.
Nos ados ont adoré leur séjour, ils se sont fait de bons amis et nous tenions à remercier particulièrement l’animateur Anthony pour les avoir inclus dans son programme. Il leur a organisé quelques soirées et ils ont passé de super moments avec lui. Bienveillant et professionnel !
- Le revêtement autour de la piscine qui se décolle et qui brûle extrêmement les pieds. Impossible d’y aller sans tongs. Un peu plus de transats également et de parasols ou d’arbres pour ombrager. Sinon la piscine en elle même est très agréable.
- Une épicerie, avec produits frais, conserves pour dépanner, un dépôt de pain, des cartes postales.
- Un peu plus de soirées avec concert ou magiciens
La propreté, l’espace du mobilhome et la terrasse était parfait.
L’équipement était large et varié.
Et le plus pour la climatisation qui nous a permis de dormir au frais pendant les fortes canicules.
Il était également ombragé ce que nous avons apprécié
