Lovely small and friendly camp site, ideal for us and perfect for exploring Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel, easy access not far from the main N road.
It was ok when we got used to the 6 amp electric supply, just have to be careful what you are using at the same time.

Grass was lacking but it is towards the end of the season and the hedges could be cut. Our electric kept tripping but easy to reset could upgrade the amps available

Nice sized flat pitch, pleasant surroundings. Close to amenities.
Got very wet outside tent ( limited drainage) when we had torrential rain. A moat formed in front of tent door! They can't help the rain, but drainage could maybe be addressed.

Relaxing and Peaceful stay
Review of the campsite
We liked everything about this campsite, the owners and staff go out of their way to make you welcome. Almost everything is close to hand, excellent for cycling on quiet country roads and a good number of green lanes. Nothing is hurried and it instills a sense of calm and wellbeing. Fantastic restaurant on site that the family are heavily involved in, good sized reception area / bar and lovely area for day trips or relaxing.

The site has 2, I think, pitches with private facilities, the one we were on had a robust cabin with exterior covered decking area that housed a sink and drainer, worksurface and fridge. The interior had a great shower and toilet with wash basin and storage unit. Perhaps a bit rustic but great shower, gas fired boiler for the hot water. Not one of the factory built units that lack any individual style that are available on other sites.

The staff were very friendly and over came the obstacle of the language barrier we both tried and seemed to succeed.
Trim the hedge on entrance to plot 41 very difficult to get a large English caravan on this pitch as the door is on the nearside.

The pitch was perfect we had a premium pitch with bathroom and I can't fault it the bathroom was super clean and the pitch had the grass cut before we arrived

Very clean well organised site. We stayed as a stop over to get the Ferry home. Had an amazing meal in the restaurant. Clean facilities
Toilets are mixed facilities which is common in France, however I wasn’t keen about the 2 urinals within the toilets open for all to see. Most other camp sites have them separate.

Lovely location ,great cycling routes. Away from all the other tourists , felt safe and peaceful.
Great village of Les Couseons is up a big hill with good village shops and views too.

Loved the little bicycle area that cyclists could sit in to shelter from the rain and relax it also had charge points which was helpful .
