Review of the campsite
Campsite was very noisy, pitch location was very busy. Pitch had glass on it which we had to pick up and the ground was very bumpy. No privacy as it was opposite the park and on a main cross roads. Staff were friendly and helpful, take away pizza was very nice. Shop was fine for bread etc. Kids enjoyed the pool and park area.
Check the pitches before arrival. Security to walk around the site after 11pm to check noise levels.

Lovely campsite
Review of the campsite
We loved the campsite so much last year that we returned and found it to be even better. The new snack bar on site is a great addition, with a nice choice of food. We enjoyed the salads and pizzas on a couple of evenings and liked the fact that you could eat at the tables near the bar or go back to your accommodation. All the staff on the site are friendly and very helpful, the entertainment good fun and the facilities excellent. The showers and toilets are very clean. It's in a great location, a short walk through the dunes to the beach and right next to the cycle path that goes for miles.
We used the site shop every day and loved the freshly baked croissants, pains au chocolates and baguettes. It would be nice if there was a larger selection of bread and pastries.

The mobile home had absolutely everything that we needed as we cooked most days and able to use everything and cups and plates we didn't need to buy anything
Maybe another mirror in the bedroom as only 1 on the bathroom

Lovely pool, bar and playground. Small sandy pitch, clean toilets and showers. Unfortunately the loud evening entertainment spoilt it for us.

This is an excellent campsite, very quiet and friendly. Staff are lovely. Some great entertainment on an evening. Great snack bar. Loads to do in the area. Good Wi-Fi throughout site. Nice pool with a great slide.
We missed the restaurant which used to be there. There could be more activities for teenage kids- ie volleyball etc.

It would be useful if you took sizes of motorhomes

First pitch was not big enough to fit motorhome on it had to look for another pitch. Seems silly not to ask for length of unit as tents seem to be on the bigger pitches. Would have to think twice about booking again as this is a problem.

Didn’t like that the toilets were closed at night and need to sort system out for larger motorhomes as some pitches are not adequate.

We loved staying at this friendly family campsite. We enjoyed the pool and the evening entertainment. The on site shop was great for essentials. The location is excellent in terms of being able to walk onto the beautiful sandy beach and also pick up the extensive cycle routes along the coast. There are lots of sports, activities and restaurants within a comfortable cycling distance.

We camped. The pitch was good with hedges in between plots and trees providing shade.
The mosquitoes could be bit of a nuisance at dusk. We were fine once we got organised with spray and a citronella candle.

Really loved the big site for our tent and the cafe area with comfy seats and free internet for a short time each day. The music night was amazing too. Loved the swimming pool and loungers :) I loved that visitors or friends were welcome for the day too. Also loved loved loved the fresh bread sold every morning for breakfast :))
More sit down toilets and perhaps softer toilet roll. Sometimes the toilets could be cleaner, especially those by the swimming pool.

Toilet seats please, made going to the toilet very unpleasant. Soap needed beside the sinks.
Teenagers were out of control by the pool, very loud, throwing their friends in etc, ended up having to leave as it wasn't relaxing getting splashed and the noise was too much. Shame, nice pool.
