We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our swimming pool, water slide and facilities, as well as the activities available on site. We are also glad that you found your pitch spacious and comfortable. We are, however, genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with noise at night. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be kept awake until 2 or 3 am on several consecutive nights. Our campsite does have a strict quiet-time policy from 11 pm, and our night security officer is present to help enforce these rules and intervene when necessary. Nevertheless, during busy periods, it can unfortunately be difficult to prevent every disturbance immediately, particularly when several groups are involved in different areas of the campsite. Your comments are nevertheless important to us. We will reinforce our vigilance during the night and remind our teams and holidaymakers of the importance of respecting the 11 pm quiet-time rule, particularly around the sanitary facilities where you experienced the most disturbance. We also take note of your comments regarding the swimming pool. We have rules in place regarding the use of balls and appropriate behaviour in the pool area, and these rules are there to ensure that everyone, especially families with young children, can enjoy the facilities safely and comfortably. We are pleased that, despite these issues, you still enjoyed many aspects of your stay and gave us positive ratings for our welcome, services, location and facilities. These are basic services and should of course be available. We will remind our teams to pay particular attention to these points during their regular checks. We also note your comment regarding the baby area being closed. Regarding the swimming pool, we understand your wish for it to remain open later, especially during the warm summer evenings. Our opening hours are linked to the organisation and supervision of the aquatic area, but we will certainly take your suggestion into consideration.
