Dear Mr/Ms Chapman, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for your overall score of 7.62/10. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our swimming pool, water slide and facilities, as well as the activities available on site. We are also glad that you found your pitch spacious and comfortable. We are, however, genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with noise at night. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be kept awake until 2 or 3 am on several consecutive nights. Our campsite does have a strict quiet-time policy from 11 pm, and our night security officer is present to help enforce these rules and intervene when necessary. Nevertheless, during busy periods, it can unfortunately be difficult to prevent every disturbance immediately, particularly when several groups are involved in different areas of the campsite. Your comments are nevertheless important to us. We will reinforce our vigilance during the night and remind our teams and holidaymakers of the importance of respecting the 11 pm quiet-time rule, particularly around the sanitary facilities where you experienced the most disturbance. We also take note of your comments regarding the swimming pool. We have rules in place regarding the use of balls and appropriate behaviour in the pool area, and these rules are there to ensure that everyone, especially families with young children, can enjoy the facilities safely and comfortably. We are pleased that, despite these issues, you still enjoyed many aspects of your stay and gave us positive ratings for our welcome, services, location and facilities. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We hope that, should you choose to visit us again, we can provide you with a much more peaceful night's sleep and an even more enjoyable stay. Warm regards, The whole team at Camping La Trévillière 🌿

Dear Toni, Wow! Thank you so much for your absolutely fantastic review and for the perfect score of 10/10 across every category! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are truly delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay at Camping La Trévillière. Your lovely comments about our team, the cleanliness of the campsite, our facilities and the swimming pool mean a great deal to us. We are especially pleased that we were able to help you when you had problems with your car. We know how stressful this can be during a holiday, so it was a pleasure for our team to assist you and make things a little easier. ❤️ We are also thrilled that you enjoyed your private sanitary pitch. Having your own bathroom, kitchen and fridge-freezer certainly adds an extra touch of comfort, and we are delighted that you found the pitch spacious and luxurious. And the best news of all… you have already booked again for next year! 🎉🏕️ We will be absolutely delighted to welcome you and your family back to La Trévillière. We look forward to seeing you again and hopefully providing you with another wonderful holiday — hopefully with no car troubles this time! 😉🚗 Thank you once again for your trust, your kindness and your wonderful recommendation. Dear Michele & Barry, Thank you very much for your lovely review and for your excellent score of 8.73/10! 😊 We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Camping La Trévillière, particularly our location, the many cycling routes, and the proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants. 🚲🏖️ We are also very pleased that you appreciated the cleanliness of the campsite and our modern sanitary facilities, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of our team. Your positive comments are a great reward for everyone. We have taken note of your comment regarding the pitches. Some of our pitches are naturally more uneven than others due to the terrain, and we understand that this can sometimes make setting up a caravan or tent less convenient. We will continue to look at what improvements can be made to make the pitches as comfortable and practical as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to La Trévillière for another stay in the future! ☀️🏕️ Warm regards, The whole team at Camping La Trévillière 🌿

We will be delighted to welcome you back to La Trévillière. ❤️ Thank you also for your comment regarding the toilet paper. We will remind our teams to pay particular attention to checking the sanitary facilities regularly throughout the day, especially during busy periods, so that everything remains available for our guests. Dear Sarah, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for your fantastic score of 9.77/10! ⭐😊 We are absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay with us. Your kind words about the swimming pool, our entertainment team and the atmosphere of the campsite mean a lot to us. It is especially lovely to hear that, although many of our guests have been coming back for years and know each other, you and your family felt very welcome. We are thrilled that your children enjoyed the activities and especially the evening entertainment! 🎉❤️ And what a compliment to hear that you normally never return to the same campsite, but that you are considering coming back to La Trévillière! We would be delighted to welcome you again. 😊 We are sorry, however, for the inconveniences you experienced in the sanitary facilities regarding toilet paper, hand soap . These are basic services and should of course be available. We will remind our teams to pay particular attention to these points during their regular checks. We also note your comment regarding the baby area being closed. Regarding the swimming pool, we understand your wish for it to remain open later, especially during the warm summer evenings. Our opening hours are linked to the organisation and supervision of the aquatic area, but we will certainly take your suggestion into consideration. We are also very happy that you enjoyed pitch B11, particularly the water connection and the view over the pool. Next time, we will be happy to help you find a pitch with a little more shade. 🌳 Thank you again for your trust, your kindness and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We very much hope to see you and your family again next summer! ☀️🏕️ Warm regards, The whole team at Camping La Trévillière 🌿
