At the foot of the Massif de l'Esterel and bordered by the River Agay, our Camping Tikayan la Vallée du Paradis welcomes you in a mobile home in a family setting 600 metres from the sea. Our water park of 550m2, with slides, a 40-metre river with current and massage jets, will delight your children. Our 100m² heated "wild river" will appeal to young and old. We offer you many other leisure activities such as a fitness room, kayak rentals, a children's playground, a pétanque court. Motorboat owners have the possibility to moor on the river and reach the sea by boat directly from the campsite. In July-August, our entertainers will offer entertainment for children, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and evening entertainment.

Mobil home dégradé aucun entretien fait. Ménage non fait toile d'araignée dans séjour et salle de bain. porte du frigo et micro onde table de séjour avec des traces de doigts grasses balai non passé poils et cheveux sur les alèses des lits. Aucun entretien des espaces verts. Ce camping ne mérite pas ses étoiles. Chek in expédié on nous a remis une enveloppe avec les clés le plan et les bracelets fermeture de l'accueil très tôt impossible de poser la moindre question à l'arrivée.

Mobil home dégradé aucun entretien fait. Climatisation défoncée et crasseuse. Table intérieure maintenue par des riselans. Formal complaint and Request for refund

There was nothing positive about our stay at this camping. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with the manager, reception and headquarters, but nobody responded to our emails.
We send an email to explain our complaint to reclamation@tikayan.com , but nobody responded. Then we forwarded the email to the reception, vallee@tikayan.com, and to the manager, elysa.collignon@tikayan.com , but again there was no response. The emails were send on 29 August & 31 August.
My client code is IND334295, Nr dossier is 2026-5970. We payed to stay at the camping from 26 August 2026 untill 03 September 2026. We left the camping already on 28 August, because it was a really bad situation. We request to be compensated for the remaining total of 316.44 EUR
Accommodation review -
The campsite was awfull and unsafe. We were placed at the end of the camping. Behind this part of the camping are two roads. The wall of the camping is so low that anyone from the outside can enter the campsite. This resulted in a very unsafe feeling and not being able to leave anything near our tent. There are also no camera's placed to give a feeling of safety.
The facilities were in a very bad state. They were not cleaned and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in several weeks.
The service of the reception was very bad. We were not treated well and felt very disrespected. Not only by the reception, but also by the manager and the entire organization.
We have tried to speak to the manager for multiple days at the campsite, but everytime she was not around. How is this possible in the high season? We have lost 2 of our vacation days by waiting for a chance to speak with the manager.
Please take our complaint seriously and contact me back. We feel very disrespected and would not recommend this camping to anyone at all.

Camping trop bruyant le soir, aucun respect malgré l'intervention du gardien.
Pas de zone dédiée aux tentes, mais un coin poussiéreux au bout des allées de mobiles home.
Réservé 3 nuits, partis au bout de la deuxième par dépit.
Ne pas proposer d'espace tente, par respect pour les campeurs.

A notre arrivée la propreté du mobil home était a revoir , les animations sont a revoir aussi .

L'emplacement peu loin de la piscine
Plusieurs petite réparation sont a faire , robinetterie de salle de bain , le sol se décolle a certains endroits, le volet de cuisine ne fonctionne pas et la douche compliqué pour avoir de l'eau chaude constente. Les emplacements sont trop rapproché et aucune séparation. ( haie de buisson) etc.

Arrivés dans un camping dont le mobil home ne correspondait absolument pas à ce que nous avions réservé. "Photo non contractuelle" nous avons eu un Mobil home de 2012 dans un état de saleté honteux. De la poussière absolument partout, des banquettes tachées, des cheveux meme aux murs! Des toiles d araignées, une clim d une saleté, des murs troués, des couettes dans un état... nous avons du faire un scandale pour que la gérante nous reçoivent. Nous avons pu avoir un second Mobil home le lendemain apres midi,nous avons perdu 2j de vacances avec tous ces vas et vient
Les Mobil home, les jeux enfants cassés, la salle de jeux pour les ados inaccessible, la salle de sport ridicule.... Un 4 étoiles qui ne les mérite pas
Les piscines , le fleuve avec la possibilité de faire du kayak et l’épicerie avec lolo qui est adorable
Le ménage non effectué dans mon bungalow (c’était le plus luxueux et donc le plus cher en plus) . La laverie qui prend les billets mais qui ne lance pas de machines de linge . Et le fait de prendre un bungalow très cher pour être face au fleuve et se retrouver le lendemain avec un camping car et des chiens qui aboient collés à nous. Et le restaurant où on doit attendre et appeler le serveur tout le temps qui a l’air débordé de servir 5 tables .
