In general, it was a nice stay. The atmosphere was good, and the reception staff were helpful. The security staff outside the campsite were also friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, with a good combination of activities for both children and adults.

The pool was too small for the amount of people too crowded.
It was not English friendly at all. The reception team spoke good English and a few members of staff, but most were a bit annoyed that I didn't speak French. They weren't very welcoming particularly as nothing was in English, even down to the welcome meeting which was ALL in french. All of the entertainment, games etc wwre jn french with no attempt to provide for other cultures or languages. Really frustrating that you cant buy a drink to have by the pool or eat anything at all as well. Food was very poor onsite.

Accommodation review - Pitch - with private facilities
The bathroom and toilet were better than expected.
The pitch was too small for us. We provided the dimensions of our caravan and awning when we booked. We were moved to another pitch with our own toilet and bathroom at a higher price, which we accepted. However, the pitch was still too small. Our caravan was only a few centimetres from the hedge, and we couldn’t fully extend the awning without it reaching into the hedge opposite us. We had to park the caravan in the middle of the pitch, leaving a lot of unusable space behind it and very little space for our car. This was not acceptable, especially as we had provided the dimensions in advance

Would not have slept 4 people. Was very small. It was just me and my son in the end but was meant to be three of us, would have been very cramped for 3 and no idea where a 4th person would have slept. Tiny bedroom no storage space and massive table oversized for deck space. Wasn't very clean when arrived either. Pillows all lumpy and uncomfortable also not told to bring a car cover had bird poo daily on my car all over it. Would have been good to have been told to bring something to protect the car

Great pool area , nice surroundings . Relaxed atmosphere .
Steps up to higher level seating are very dangerous when slippy . My sister slipped on them and got badly injured as you are not allowed to wear shoes
Pitch was not in great location . My sisters who travelled with had much better locations . Also few ants in mobile but not too bad

We had a lovely family holiday, we enjoyed the pool and sports areas very much.
Extend the pool opening hours.

Small second bedroom but the rest of the mobile home was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows had plastic covers, so weren’t the most comfortable.
The plastic covered bedding wasn’t very comfortable.

What a perfect holiday. The site was great, theming excellent and plenty to do. The accommodation was clean and had everything we need. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Mettre les vrais photos des mobilhomes lors de la réservation photos trompeuses pour le client photos non contractuelle sur votre site est une méthode trompeuse ce que nous avons loué ne correspond pas du tout au photos mobilhome vraiment très petit nous nous sommes fier au photos pour louer dans votre camping merci de regarder sur internet la définition de photos non contractuelles ! Frigo trop petit,literie très dure inconfortable surtout pour mon mari qui a de gros problèmes de dos les nuits n'ont pas été très reposantes.

La propreté … bungalow propre mais vaisselle très sale.
Les règles d’hygiène à la piscine / pediluve constamment sale, les gens qui rentrent avec leur chaussure dans le pediluve, les garçons qui ont leur caleçon en dessous de leur maillot de bain…
Espace entre bungalow très limité, on est les uns sur les autres
Les moustiques qui ont presque gâché notre séjour, investir dans des moustiquaires ne seraient pas de trop
Les spectacles vraiment très tard, la petite de 3 ans ne pouvaient pas en profiter en raison de l’heure
Trop proche des autres
Les voisins qui ne respectent pas le silence après 23h et personne ne fait de ronde pour rappeler à l’ordre

Les activité , avoir tous sur place
Mobil home sale a l’arrivé , frigo qui sentais le vomi .
Jacuzzi vert toute la semaine on nous a dit que c’était notre faute car on le fermée pas les soirs alors qu’on le fermée !
Les piscine ces devenue n’importe quoi c’est dégoûtant des gens y aller habiller en maillot , pantalon , avec leur caleçon de la journée ces vraiment degeulasse il y a pas d’autre mot

Vraiment un camping au top que ce soit animations, infrastrures ou personnel
Idéalement placé
Parents, ados et enfants aux anges
La personne gérant les arcades n'est pas du tout agréable
Peut être à améliorer : un marchand ambulant est présent quasi tous les jours mais toujours la même chose : sacs et bijoux
Accès à la plage : plus du gravier que du sable. Parking à la sortie du camping pour rejoindre la plage sale. Cependant sur ces 2 points le camping n'est pas responsable
