Un excellent séjour au camping des Albères, très jolie cadre, vraiment propre, les sanitaires et douches rien a dire bien entretenu. Les deux espaces aquatique si t vraiment top, surtout la rivière autour du toboggan qui a eu du succès. Niveau restauration vraiment top, on y mange très bien, de belles assiettes, bravo a l equipe restauration. Personnel agréable. Camping calme, ombragé. Animateur au top, animation sympa. Les espaces de jeux sont grands et bien équipées pour petits et grands.
Pendant les animations interne, sans prestataire, sono a revoir, on entend très mal la musique, et les micros pas au top. Dommage cela gâche les soirées animées.

Nous avons participé à une soirée loto mais sans table, quelques personnes sont même allées chercher leur table de mobile home...
Mobile home très fonctionnel et jaccuzi très agréable
Le mobile home est situé face à la plaine de jeux très fréquentée le soir et jusqu'à 23h30, difficile de se détendre tranquillement dans le jaccuzi à ces heures ...

Peu de respect à la piscine (short de bain interdit mais la moitié des hommes sont en short), piscine bruyante car beaucoup de jeunes ados !
Les 3 chambres, le rangement et la localisation du mobile home près de la piscine
Propreté, le ménage n'a pas été fait avant notre arrivée le sol était vraiment sale, poussière non faite, logement qui a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement
L'eau chaude a très mal fonctionné

Emplacement très exposé vis à vis de tous les côtés avec les passages incessants des enfants et des parents sur la terrasse du mobile home.
Le reste du camping est bien.
Faire des plantations ou une terrasse attenante au mobile home.

La piscine est très bonne
Les douches qui nous avaient été indiquées ne fonctionnaient pas.
Le jour de notre arrivée, comme nous sommes arrivés vers 19h30, nous sommes allés au restaurant. On nous a dit qu’ils ne pouvaient pas nous servir car ils étaient complets. En réalité, plus de la moitié des tables étaient vides. Plus tard, j’ai compris qu’ils ne fonctionnaient que sur réservation.
Pas de place pour faire le service au camping car.

Nous avons séjourné à l’emplacement 172, juste à côté de la réception.
L’accès très mauvais, en terre, avec de nombreux trous (probablement dus à l’eau de pluie), extrêmement étroit et envahi par une végétation très haute (à environ 2 mètres de hauteur), qui touchait de tous les côtés.
L’emplacement était terrible, avec de très grosses racines provenant d’un grand eucalyptus. Il était impossible de le mettre à niveau, les racines étaient partout. Même les enfants ne pouvaient pas jouer, ils tombent constamment à cause des racines.
Nous sommes partis un jour avant la fin de la réservation

Le monbilhomme est très bien par contre le ménage est limite car on à eu des surprises mais le reste très déçu pour un 4 étoiles que ça soit le club où le snack car où peut pas appeler ça un restaurant même pas une vraie petite épicerie
Prenez exemple sur de vrais 4 étoiles car tout les ans depuis des années je fais du camping avec mes petits enfants et c’est la première fois que je suis autant déçu niveau piscine tout ce qui est affiché sur le panneau à l’entrée pratiquement rien des respecté les shorts mêmes certaines personnes toutes habillées les jeux de balle certaines personnes comme ils connaissent le personnel on des passes droit du grand n’importe quoi vous devez vraiment envoyer des clients mystères comme dans mon travail ils seraient surprise de ce qu’il vous voir
Ça va dans l’ensemble par contre bien férié la vaisselle car toute nos assiettes étaient sales et les siphons de la douche et le lavabo était pourrie de cheveux et saleté

Camping à la recherche dune rentabilite maximale.
Si les bungalows avaient pu etre collés les uns aux autres, cela aurait été fait.
Aucune intimité, aucun calme. La vie en collectivité à bien plus de 1000 euros la semaine.
Sans parler dune piscine ridiculeusement petite, bondée, et appelée centre aquatique.
Supprimer la moitié des emplacements. Accueillir moitie moins de clients et offrir ainsi des services normaux
