About this campsite
Camping La Sirène
*****
Ideally situated in Argeles sur Mer, between the sea and the mountains all 16 hectares of this holiday village is an oasis of verdure.
At just 900 meters from the beach and just a short drive from the Spanish border, La Sirene has been making holiday makers happy since 1964.
An unrivaled family adventure: our 5-star stay at Camping La Sirène
A premium family stay blending luxury, high-energy adventure, and shared magic
XXL Water Park: Access to one of the largest water parks in France and a wide variety of activities (aqua aerobics, Pilates, and the highly popular Battle Archery for teenagers).
On-Site Leisure and Gastronomy: A complete offering featuring three themed restaurants and high-qualityevening entertainment (magic shows, musicals, and a Pub Lounge).
Family Adventures: Thrilling highlights shared together, such as sea kayaking excursions, electric mountain bike rides, and introductory diving lessons.
Perfect Parent-Child Balance: Teenagers enjoy a dynamic club while parents escape for cultural visits, such as wine tasting in Banyuls.
First impressions: ultra-modern luxury and a clever twin-camping advantage
With our teenagers aged 12 and 14
In the summer of 2025, we stayed with our 12 and 14-year-old children at Camping La Sirène, a true institution in Argelès-sur-Mer. We chose a high-end accommodation option: a prestige lodge featuring a massive terrace of about 40 m², an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and a sink, and a beautiful set of garden furniture. Thanks to the surrounding lush vegetation, the terrace was completely enclosed with absolutely no overlooked views. We had never seen mobile homes so modern and recent! It was truly a delightful setup.
Upon booking, the team had informed us that we would enjoy full access to all the activities and services offered by both Camping La Sirène and its neighbor, Camping de l’Hippocampe. At La Sirène, this meant access to incredible services: the entertainment programs, the teens' club, the Sirène Arena with its performance stage, and the immense water park.
A water park paradise and thrilling teen adventures
In fact, the children chose this campsite specifically for its water park, which is one of the largest in the region—and perhaps in all of France for a campsite. It is truly massive, boasting numerous different pools, including one dedicated strictly to adults, large waterslides like the Space Hole, and fun water games.
Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the teens' club. It gave them the chance to participate in sports tournaments with the other young people at the campsite, share a private barbecue evening together, and organize a Battle Archery match—a unique sort of paintball played with bows and arrows! This was an unusual activity they had never tried before, and it was completely approved and loved by our children.
A perfect balance: quality time for parents and varied dining
The reception desk recommended a few excursions, notably Les Templiers in Banyuls-sur-Mer to visit a cellar with breathtaking views over the region's beautiful vineyards. The visit included a wine tasting, and we absolutely loved sharing this special moment as a couple while the children were having a blast at the club. Additionally, we also took advantage of a few aqua aerobics and Pilates sessions held at the neighboring Camping l’Hippocampe.
We were easily able to spend a few days without ever leaving the campsite, as it features a grocery store and three distinct restaurants. These include a Thai restaurant located at L’Hippocampe, the Sirène Beach—where you can eat with your feet in the sand overlooking the pool—and Josette et Claude, the third restaurant, which serves delicious Italian cuisine. There is truly a choice to satisfy everyone!
Spectacular evenings and after-hours fun
Each evening, the campsite came alive with spectacular, professional-grade entertainment, from live concerts to full-scale musicals featuring talented artists. We loved the magic shows, especially the dinner-show experience where we enjoyed a great meal with a perfect view of the stage before the main illusions began. Once the curtains closed, our teenagers headed straight for the Pub Lounge's dance floor to wrap up their night—the perfect setup since they had no intention of keeping our early bedtime!
Unforgettable family sports tournaments and marine discoveries
We also shared some magnificent family moments. One day, we rented mountain bikes from an on-site partner: electric models for us and classic ones for the kids. It was the perfect opportunity to visit the surrounding beaches, like Plage du Racou and Plage de l’Ouille, and explore the landscapes in a sporty way!
The children also wanted to try a sea kayaking excursion supervised by an instructor. Since we went to the beach often, we did it all together one day. The experience was magnificent; the viewpoints looking out over the mountains and the Mediterranean are truly worth it, though you must make sure to protect yourself well from the sun!
Finally, the campsite also features its own diving club. They offer introductory diving lessons—first a trial run in the swimming pool, followed by a boat trip out to a diving spot to discover the seabed. It was a suspended, unforgettable moment for the entire family!
Conclusion: the perfect family getaway we can’t wait to relive
In conclusion, this campsite feels like a real little village where the entire animation team and staff are pleasant and deeply attentive. The children still remember their counselors and talk about them regularly. It was a more than successful holiday! We will return without hesitation and with great pleasure.

Stay at La Sirene August 26
Review of the campsite
The Pools were amazing. I also liked the idea of no sunbeds. There was lots to do and the children were never bored.
It was far too busy. Boarding on dangerous when walking to and from the caravan with the amount of bikes, scooters and cars. Its a shame as its such a good complex. I appreciate it was August but we have been to other campsites in France and it has never been as busy and crowded as this. The food and supermaket was also quite expensive
Perfect for 3 of us. Spotless has all you need. AC was really good.

All round very good
Review of the campsite
As above. However, a big down side for our trip was our 6 year old girl crashing on her scooter with a maintenance guy on his golf buggy on our very last morning. We were staying in pedestrian area and this was very disappointing. She cut her leg and arm and was upset for a number of hours.
Maintenance people on buggy’s should not be crashing into kids.

Review of the campsite
the activites on offer and the app was great and made booking easy, the quality of the shows and entertainment, the hippo pool, the cleanliness of the site
the cabins need to be cleaned better; the e-scooters were far too fast on the campsite, a walking path along the main road in and out would be better for children
Accommodation review - Lodge 2 Prestige,Pedestrian district (2 bedrooms, 35 m², 1 bathroom) terrasse, airconditioning, TV
air conditining, good beds and good bathrooms, kitchen was a good size and well stocked.
the outside area was cramped and not very pleasant to sit in

Great holiday :)
Review of the campsite
Had a lovely time in La Sirene. Accommodation was good, grounds lovely and the pool and activities were great!
A small swap area for books / click clac chairs / pool toys etc would be a major advantage. Have seen them in other local campsites and thought they were standard. Heard a few people comment they expected one but couldn't find one.
The pillows were uncomfortable and no additional cushions in the lounge.

Family holiday with teenagers
Review of the campsite
Stayed in prestige lodge with husband, 3 teenage kids and 2 small dogs. Picked the largest possible and most expensive accommodation but felt very cramped inside. Site felt busy and overcrowded and hit with extra charges I would expect to be included in a. 5 star site like post stay cleaning and WiFi
Free WiFi as advertised for all staying not just 2 people.
End of stay clean included in costs of 1 week plus
Reduce crowding, I’m
Not sure how this can be done without reducing the number of people onsite unless you have space to build another pool and hang out area/ restaurant.
Ban e bikes and scooters on site, it is a small site which is quick to get around and these are travelling way above the speed limit.
Astro football pitch
More gym time availability
Accommodation review - Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV
Lovely terrance and outdoor barbecue
Bed rooms very small and unable to get round the end without walking my husband who when asleep his feet touched the wall at the end of the bed. Twin room way too small for two teenage boys for two weeks.
Had a cleaning fee removed from my deposits despite not being informed of this at check in. Accommodation wasn’t perfectly clean on arrival either with a bath room shelf left dusty with some hairbands left behind
Having to pay for WiFi when advertised as free
Being his with a post stay cleaning bill without being informed
Overcrowded in communinal areas making things unrelaxing

A Great Family Site.
Review of the campsite
A great site with excellent activities for all ages.
More variety in restaurants/food options. Disappointed to see steak had been removed from Sirène Beach menu.
Liked that it wasn’t fully covered over decking as we like the sun.
Prefer a raised decking. Bedside lights. More storage. Only one plug socket in a twin room.

Simply the Best
Review of the campsite
Everything about this camp site is just amazing. We use to bring our children here over the years now it’s time for our grandchildren to experience it and I wasn’t going to miss out.
The accommodation is fabulous well equipped, comfortable, clean. The site is very well maintained with lots of plants. The facilities are fabulous so a car is not needed. The shows are amazing for all ages. And finally the pool what can I say WOW such an incredible improvement. The grandchildren loved every minute and did not want to come home. We will be definitely visiting again.

Cannot say enough about this accommodation. We hired two lodges and they were next to each other which we requested. Large plot with plenty of outdoor space and lots of furniture and sun loungers. Outdoor kitchen area.
Inside was clean and well equipped. The two bathrooms were welcomed.
Only down side was space around the double bed very tight.

Fantastic accommodation, air conditioning was vital in the heat and made it easy to sleep.
Bedrooms slightly small but not really a problem as this accommodation has two bathrooms and sleeps 6 people.

Another Excellent Stay at La Sirène
Review of the campsite
Our second year at La Sirène with our children, aged two and five, and once again it completely lived up to expectations. We absolutely love this place! There is so much to do for all ages, from young children to adults. The improvements this year, particularly around the pool area, have made an already brilliant resort even better. Our mobile home was superb, the site was beautifully maintained and the staff were excellent throughout – friendly, helpful and great customer service. We’ll definitely return!
Three areas could improve. Kids' clubs, activities and shows are almost entirely in French. We appreciate we're in France, but with so many international families, more English would help younger children engage. Our five-year-old struggled to participate. Evening shows starting at 9pm are also quite late for young families; 8:30pm would be ideal. Our biggest concern was electric scooters, often ridden at speed by young children. Our daughter was nearly hit after a show, so we feel their use and speed should be better monitored.
Accommodation review - Lodge 3 Prestige- Pedestrian District (3 bedrooms, 40m², 2 bathrooms) terrace, airconditioning, TV
Our mobile home was superb, the site was beautifully maintained and the staff were excellent throughout
The only minor downside was some bugs in the mobile home, although we appreciate this is somewhat to be expected in this type of setting. We’ll definitely return!
