Ouverture bar limité. Message consigne de départ pour le lendemain reçu à 19h la veille... départ à 10h fixe du mobilehome.

Establishment response

Madame, Concernant les horaires, l'heure de départ à 10h est fixe et indiquée avant la réservation ainsi que dans nos informations d'accueil. En période de forte affluence, de nombreux départs sont organisés le même jour et ces horaires sont nécessaires pour permettre la préparation des hébergements dans les meilleures conditions pour les clients suivants. Le message de rappel envoyé la veille avait simplement pour objectif de vous informer de l'organisation du départ. Par ailleurs, nous avons fait preuve de souplesse en vous laissant profiter des installations, notamment de la piscine, alors que cela n'était normalement plus inclus après la fin de votre séjour. Nous vous remercions également de prendre en considération les contraintes d'organisation auxquelles nos équipes doivent faire face, particulièrement en cette période de forte chaleur.
