Lovely Site!

Lovely location, great walks, lovely town, friendly campsite, fabulous facilities.
People have commented about the tone of emails, which is good to read before receiving them, forewarned! You certainly know the rules & expectations before arriving but on-site it is very friendly & helpful. Maybe the english is just lost a little in translation or to be fair maybe too often people don't follow the rules and make life difficult and these emails try to encourage following the programme!
Electric was good, although extra cost on an already expensive pitch. Water was close to the pitch too making that convenient.
As we are finding with most Italian campsites pitches are without any hedges or privacy but everyone has been very friendly across the many nationalities.

Staff were friendly, check in & out were easy. Ample toilets, showers, laundry facilities when we visited (first week of sept). Bathrooms were clean and facilities were good. Location excellent only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

really lovely campsite, loved the bathroom house as there was plenty of room for everybody and for all the needs. Really appreciated the different "rooms" for showers, hygiene, toiltes, washrooms and for washing the dishes. For me it was perfect.
Maybe email communication. Because the tone in the emails about check in, chceck out and other needed information was a little on the agressive side.

hi, thanks for your feedback, about "tone" in the message you receive...is clear and easy, think we have problems with people who ignorate that messages, and then problems are of reception managment because "guest" think he is on holiday and can do whatever he want... that's why we have to be " serious and clear" in message the guest receive, and this situation is going wronger every year... bye! see you in future!
our pitch was okay, we didnt mind that it was a bit smaller as it was not a square but like a corner. We didnt mind because we hava a van not a camper. The only thing which we thought was weird that after we checked in and parked the van, two people came up to us from the staff telling us where exactly our pitch start and ends, which felt a little aggresive, even though we were on our pitch.

The reception was welcoming, the campsite was clean, the access to the town and mountains is excellent. The wellbeing area was an unexpected bonus - the whole family enjoyed this after a few days of hiking.
Have a few more staple products for sale on the campsite in the bar.
Big enough for our van and awning, electric and water close by. The WiFi was very good (our teenagers appreciated this!) Nice view of the mountains!
The pitch was on a corner so was very public. However, campsites in Italy do typically have pitches very close together/with little privacy compared to other countries so this was quite expected.
