Easy access to town and restaurants across the bridge, shady pitches available in the heatwave, great view across the river. Great burger restaurant and boulangerie up the road - a short walk.
Better signs to identify pitches may help.

Shady in hot weather on some pitches which was needed in the heatwave.
Facilities are ok but perhaps in need of improvements to make them more modern - we would pay more if needed.

The site was in a lovely location on the banks of the Loire.
The swimming pool was closed and wouldn’t open until mid June, this was very disappointing as the days were hot.

Lovely stay on a relaxed campsite with excellent facilities

Loved the spacious pitches, peace and quiet, lovely coffee/snack bar across the road, restaurant next door and epicerie within 5 minute walk, not to mention 10-15 minute walk into town with lovely church, museum, market etc.
Very nice accommodation perhaps the shower could be updated kept going cold when showering.
Only the shower not working correctly.

Loved the location and easy booking online system. Pitches were a good size some partially shaded. Liked the idea of leaving shoes outside the shower block to keep floor clean.
Maybe more water taps around the camping ground.

Review of the campsite
The site is close to the town and all facilities were in good order and kept clean. The pitches were large and level with a good variety of trees for shade if needed. The staff were friendly and courteous and there was no noise after 10pm. I commend this site to all.
