Ruim van opzet mooi zwembad en schoon terrein
Snelheid van 10 km op het terrein is eerder 30km en dat met kleine kinderen.
Medewerkers met 6 golfkarretjes geven niet het goede voorbeeld jammer. Keuken tijdelijk dicht ivb warmte 38gr.

5 Sterneplatz ???

Rezeption Personal.
Es soll ein 5 Sterne Platz sein.. ? 4 Toiletten verteilt auf 2 Sanitärhäusern für jedes Geschlecht, keine Pissoirs, dementsprechend sehen die Toiletten aus. Ab 13 Uhr am Wochenende kein Papier mehr, oder wegen Problemen abgeschlossen. Sauber geht anders. Schummerlicht in de dunklen Sanitärhäusern . Der Platz ist noch nicht mal halb voll, wie soll das in der Hauptsaison werden... Wasserabfluß am Stellplatz verstopft. In der Woche ist das Schwimmbad von 12.30 bis 13.30 geschlossen. Kaum Sonnenschirme. Liegen werden mit Handtüchern blockiert. Obwohl Schwimmmeister da sind und das verhindern könnt

Very disappointing for 5 star campsite.

Booked this campsite after an excellent stay at the Sandaya Le Littoral, Unfortunately this site did not live up to our expectations.
Sanitary blocks were not kept clean! (only used a spray and a cloth on the toilets) Dirty floors and cobwebs everywhere. Also not heated despite cold weather.
Outdoor swimming pool looked good but was to cold to swim in. Indoor pool was warm but had no changing rooms in case of bad weather.

Schöner Platz aber unordentlich

Die Lage
Toilette muss öfter und auch gründlich geputzt werden, dazu gehört auch das Nachfüllen des Toilettenpapiers
Restaurant Mitarbeiter sitzen rauchend und Kaffee trinkend auf der Terrasse während diese völlig verdreckt ist. Im Restaurant mussten wir 2 x die schmutzigen Gläser monieren, ehe wir dann beim 3 x endlich saubere Gläser bekamen. Das Besteck sollten wir nach der Fischvorspeise auch für das Fleisch behalten und bekamen nur auf Intervention frisches Besteck zum Hauptgericht auf den Tisch "geknallt". Auch hier war da WC mitsamt den Rohren seit langer Zeit nicht geputzt.

Service, z.B Fahrradpläne, auf das Bedienungspersonal achten ,die mit Plastik Fingernägeln natürlich keine Gläser nach der Spülmaschine nachtrocknen wollen und die lieber ihre eigenen Gäste sind als zu bedienen

Ich kann keine Auskunft erteilen, da s der Urlaub nicht angetreten wurde…
Wir haben den Kundenservice mehrfach mit der Bitte kontaktiert, den Buchungstermin zu verändern, da wir kurzfristig unsere Urlaubsplanung um zwei Tage verschieben mussten; wir haben trotz mehrfacher telefonischer Rückfragen bis heute keine Antwort auf unsere Anfrage erhalten und die Reservierungsgebühr für fehlende Leistungen Ihrerseits bezahlt.
Ich erwarte eine umgehende Stellungnahme und keine Hinweise auf irgendwelche AGBs…
