Friendly welcome, lovely pitch, fantastic pool. Everywhere was well kept & looked after.

Personally don't particularly like the mixed toilet arrangement. Quite a walk from our pitch to the toilets & showers

Staff friendly, big pitches, great pool and well kept site.

Using card, 2 x 5 minute showers a day, 1 minute plenty as water not hot. 1 toilet block closed so very long walk to wash dishes. (Why not just keep dish wash sinks open?) WiFi not usable anywhere.

Beautiful site, so well cared for and maintained. The site has great facilities, particularly super children’s play equipment and spotless swimming pool. We loved the relaxed, quiet though fun and friendly atmosphere- super entertainment in the evenings too, particularly the magician and children’s theatre show. This was the best campsite out of the 4 we stayed at during our holiday to France with the campervan. We would 100% recommend.

For us it would have been great to have cycle routes to explore from the campsite as our daughter is too young to go on busy roads. There is a bus service outside the campsite providing easy travel to Bayonne and Biarritz, as well as other destinations we didn’t visit.

Beautifully kept site which was very green with plenty of shade during a particularly hot period for our stay. The pool area was very nice and well equipped. We stayed for 2 weeks and managed to go somewhere different every day. Even San Sebastián is in reach using toll roads in an hour or so. Bayonne is a beautiful old town with an abundant number of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The Basque museum there is well worth a visit.

We would have appreciated more information about the facilities of the site on arrival but other information provided about surrounding area was very good.

Took 4 boys to surf school in Biarritz and needed a camp site to enhance the stay

F&B needs a total overhaul, long queues at all times - frustrating customers and loosing a lot of money.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, pitch was best we have had and the facilities were clean and plentiful - would definitely recommend and return. Ignore any negative reviews, it was really great four nights

rustig, mooi terrein, vriendelijke mensen, redelijk tarief

Minder vonden wij de aankomst, weliswaar staat er duidelijk dat je pas om 15.00 uur kunt inchecken, maar het voelt heel ongastvrij dat je dan voor dee poort aan de weg in de brandende zon soms meerdere uren moet wachten voor een gesloten poort. Het moet toch mogelijk zijn iets te creëren waar men voor het inchecken mag staan en eventueel iets kan drinken totdat de receptie open gaat. Een dergelijk ontvangst zou de belevingswaarde forst verbeteren. De huidige ontvangstsituatie hebben we nog nooit eerder zo mee gemakt.
