‘Win an extraordinary week on the Atlantic coast in a 5-star establishment!’
Article 1 – Organisation of the competition
The company Ctoutvert, SAS, with capital of €56,312.50, whose registered office is located at 10 place Alfonse Jourdain, 31000 Toulouse, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 433 265 618 (hereinafter ‘the Organising Company’), is organising a free competition with no purchase necessary entitled "Win an extraordinary week on the Atlantic coast in a 5-star establishment! ‘, from Tuesday 10 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. on the website www.campingdirect.com and whose rules and terms and conditions are described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as ’the Competition").
Participation in the Game implies the participants' unreserved acceptance of these rules in their entirety.
The Game is organised independently and is not managed, sponsored or associated with Instagram, Pinterest or any other third-party platform. These platforms cannot be held responsible for any dispute relating to the organisation, running or results of the Game.
Article 2 – Game Rules
The Game is accessible via the website www.campingdirect.com (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Website’).
The competition ‘Win an unusual week on the Atlantic coast in a 5-star establishment!’ takes the form of a single session, with the draw taking place on Wednesday 1 April at 10:00 a.m., after the end of the Game, and will be carried out via the My2lbox tool by the Organising Company.
Participants are invited to visit the Website between Tuesday 10 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and Tuesday 31 March 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and fill in the competition form to confirm their participation.
All participants who meet all the conditions will be eligible to take part in the draw.
Article 3 – Conditions of participation and validity of participation
3.1 Conditions of participation
The Competition is open to all individuals who are of legal age on the date of participation in the Competition, have access to the Internet, and are residents of France, Germany, Italy, Spain, England, and the Netherlands, excluding any person who has collaborated in the creation and/or organisation of the Competition, including the staff or subcontractors of the Organising Company, companies providing services for the Competition and their respective family members.
The Competition is open to anyone who has completed the entry form, providing their surname, first name, email address and telephone number. This information is necessary for the management of the Contest, in particular to limit multiple entries and to contact the winner, if applicable. In addition, participants must accept these rules in order to validate their entry.
Entries are counted and each participant may only enter once - same surname, same first name, same email address or IP (Internet Protocol) address. If fraud is identified, the Organising Company reserves the right to cancel the entry of the person concerned, without incurring any liability.
The mere fact of participating in the Competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
3.2 Validity of entries
Any entries that are incomplete, incorrect or submitted outside the duration of the Contest as specified in these rules will be rejected, without the Organising Company being held liable.
Any false statement by a participant that is contrary to public order or morality will result in their exclusion from the Competition and the non-award of any prize they may have won, without the Organising Company being held liable.
The Organising Company will only validate entries made using the form available on the Website and complying with all the terms and conditions of participation described in Article 3.1 of these rules. Any entry made by any other means, or which does not meet all the criteria, will not be counted.
Article 4 – Selection of the winner
At the end of the Contest, one (1) participant will be selected at random and designated as the winner. On Friday, 3 April 2026, the winner will receive an email from the Organising Company at the email address provided on the entry form. The message will specify the prize won and the procedure to follow in order to claim it.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 1 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m. after the end of the Contest, and will be carried out by the Organising Company. The draw will be carried out using an automated method.
Article 5 – Prize delivery
The winner of the draw will win: a seven (7) night stay at Camping de La Côte d'Argent, located at 134 Route de Contaut, 33990 Hourtin-Plage. The stay includes, subject to availability, accommodation in a Cottage Vogue, which can sleep 4 people and up to 6 people maximum with the sofa bed (a baby counts as one person). It comprises one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed that converts into a bed. Bed linen and towels are not provided by the establishment and the accommodation does not have air conditioning. Pets are strictly prohibited.
The average price for the package is £440 per year.
The winner may enjoy their seven (7) night stay during the following period:
- From 22/05/2026 to 05/07/2026 (5 July 2026 being the latest departure date).
It is understood that the booking must be made subject to availability at the establishment. The booking must be made by the winner with the establishment where the prize was won, upon presentation of the voucher sent by the Organising Company.
Any booking made by the winner is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless expressly agreed by the establishment. A request for modification may be made to Camping de La Côte d'Argent, subject to availability and the conditions set out in their own terms and conditions of sale.
If the email address is invalid or does not correspond to that of the winner, or if for any other reason related to a technical problem the message cannot be delivered correctly, the Organising Company cannot be held responsible under any circumstances. Similarly, it is not the responsibility of the Organising Company to search for the contact details of winners who cannot be reached due to an invalid account.
After Tuesday 7 April 2026, the unclaimed prize will no longer be available. In this case, the winner will not be entitled to any prize, compensation or indemnity of any kind, and the Organising Company will hold a new draw.
The prize awarded is personal and non-transferable. Furthermore, the prize may not under any circumstances be contested by the winner, nor exchanged or substituted for any other prize of any kind whatsoever.
Article 6 - Privacy
Personal data collected as part of participation in the Contest is recorded and used by the Organising Company solely for the purposes of participation and awarding prizes
If the participant has consented to receive commercial information from the Organising Company, they may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by sending a request to CampingDirect.cnil@ctoutvert.com.
Furthermore, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, and with regard to the collection of personal data provided during the competition, participants have the right to access, rectify or delete data concerning them. All requests must be sent by email to: CampingDirect.cnil@ctoutvert.com; or by post to the Organising Company's address: Société Ctoutvert, Service juridique, 10 place Alphonse Jourdain 31000 Toulouse.
Article 7 – Liability
Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organising Company's sole obligation in relation to the Competition is to select the winner, provided that their entry complies with the terms and conditions of the rules, and to award the prize to the winner in accordance with the criteria and procedures set out in these rules.
The Organising Company shall not be held liable, without this list being exhaustive, for any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network and the lack of protection of certain data against possible misuse.
The Organising Company cannot be held liable for any actions originating from fraudulent accounts attempting to imitate CampingDirect and misleading participants.
Finally, the Organising Company acts as an intermediary in the context of the Competition and cannot be held liable for any dispute relating to the stay offered by Camping de La Côte d'Argent to the winner, who is solely responsible for the proper performance of the services. The winner shall contact the establishment directly for any questions or complaints relating to the provision of the prize.
Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet in terms of technical performance, response times for viewing, querying or transferring information.
Article 8 – Force majeure / Reservations
The Organising Company shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Game has to be modified, shortened or cancelled.
The Organising Company reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems necessary to ensure compliance with the rules, in particular to exclude any participant who has made an inaccurate or false statement or committed fraud.
Article 9 – Disputes
The rules are governed by French law. Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the rules will be decided exclusively by the Organising Company.
No telephone enquiries or complaints regarding the application or interpretation of these rules will be answered. Any disputes or complaints relating to the Competition and the selection of the winner must be made in writing to the following address: Ctoutvert, 10 Place Alfonse Jourdain, 31000 Toulouse, France.
No disputes will be considered eight days after the close of the Competition, as evidenced by the postmark.
Article 10 – Consultation of the rules
The rules of the Contest are available in French on the Website www.campingdirect.com, accessible via a link from the Contest page.
The rules will be available throughout the duration of the Contest.
