Review of the campsite

On arrival, reception desk team gave us all the info we needed about train timetables, train tickets, 5Terres passes, boat trips, including excellent suggestion to visit Porto Venere if using boat ferry to visit Cinque Terres villages. Campsite shuttle bus to train station in Deiva Marina was invaluable. Good pizza and fish in restaurant. Many thanks, and would gladly return and recommend.

Some handsome in toilet block and better lighting for chemical toilet waste area, where only things missing.

We really like a simple camping, if you don`t want the hassle with waterslides, animated programs, just a very clean facility, quiet and relaxing atmosphere in wonderful nature, with the needed services. Thank you very much for giving us the requested same spot as last year!

Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad op camping Valdeiva.

Ervoor zorgdragen dat het vanaf 0.00 uur rustig is op de camping. En er was erg veel herrie tijdens het schoonmaken van het sanitair. Aangezien dit rond 4:30 gebeurde was dit storend.

New accomodation, Friendly staff, has a restaurant, swimming pool, free bus service to train station and supermarket in walking distance

Camping op een fijne lokatie als je cinque terre of andere nabij gelegen dorpjes wil bezoeken. Pendelbus aanwezig. Zwembad lekker op even af te koelen niet geschikt voor kids die willen stoeien en glijden . Sanitair uitstekend. Restaurant onder leiding Roberto meer dan uitstekend. Verdiend een dik compliment. Wij hebben van pizza tot gerechten van de ligurische zee gegeten en alles was heerlijk. En daarbij was iedereen super gastvrij ,zeker een aanrader . Dames van de receptie ook zij staan klaar om je te helpen daar waar nodig

We liked the cleanliness and peacefulness of this camping. The shuttlebus is a very useful service offered by the friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the campsite very much Staff were very helpful in communicating with a local garage regarding a repair to our motorhome. Repair completed quickly at a reasonable cost..the shuttle bus to local train station was great made getting about very easy. Would def stay again..

- amazing pool - good restaurant - really nice staff - excellent shuttle bus service - beautiful hillside location - spacious cabin - ordering fresh bread and pastries for the morning

- a few more basic supplies in the shop would be useful

The location was great, easy connections to the train station and restaurants and shops near by.

Before checkout at 10am, it would be nice to bring the car near the pitch to make it easier to pack up. However, I understand it is very narrow and not room for everyone's car.

We had to cancel our stay due to illness of our kid. People on the phone were friendly but cancelation was only possible through extensive administration with an insurance company. Eventough we called 4 days in advance

I would expect a camping like this to show more compassion and flexibility and pay us back directly in stead of sending us to some insurance company. We still don't have our money back... A shame

Nice people at the camping, very supporting! We had a beautiful camping spot, with shadow. Good and clean showers. We also liked the swimming pool, the free shuttle bus to the beach/station Deiva Marina and the good restaurant at the camping.
