We liked our spacious pitch, the friendly staff, the pool, pool slides, playground, bouncy castle. The snack bar food was good and very reasonably priced. The bakery ordering service was convenient and delicious.
The sanitary facilities weren't particularly clean and a little shabby. There didn't appear to be enough at peak times in the evening. The music from the bar was too loud and too late, particularly for a family site.

Nice combination of nature along with the basic necessities met. With a fun jumping castle for children and even live music in the evening.

Excellent pitch directly overlooking river.
Good basic shop and snack bar, though limited menu in low season.
Let down by poor quality Sanitaires : not very well cleaned, no seats on WCs, no toilet paper in cubicles, only 1 hook and small shelf in showers. These may
be typical of many French campsites but they spoil an otherwise very good site.
Attention to improving Sanitaires (washrooms) as mentioned above

We had a very nice holiday, we went there on the recommendation of my parents who are there every year for 3 months , we were camped along the river, had a great view, it is so cosy and relaxing we didn't want to leave.
There are all kinds of entertainment and activities for holidaymakers, swimming pool, playground, cycling, fishing, evening parties and so on.
There is nothing we didn't like.

ça fait plusieurs fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement (en pleine et basse saison, location et emplacement). Il y a vraiment tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances ! Bien situé, camping à taille humaine, cadre superbe (bord de rivière, verdoyant…), propre. Côté snack et bar, c'est très bon avec des prix enfin abordables par rapport aux autres établissements déjà visités (de ce fait, nous consommons + volontiers sur place). Espace aquatique et aire de jeu très bien. Je recommande vivement ! (sachant que je séjourne dans beaucoup de camping dans toute la France).
Pas grand chose à améliorer… (Piscine couverte pour le hors saison mais ça serait vraiment du luxe)

Et merci d’avoir souligné la réactivité de notre équipe : nous sommes toujours heureux de pouvoir intervenir rapidement lorsque cela est nécessaire.
Concernant la piscine couverte, on garde l’idée dans un petit coin de notre tête… même si, comme vous le dites si bien, ce serait effectivement un peu la cerise sur le gâteau ! 😉

IMPECCABLE ! Mobil home très spacieux avec une terrasse exceptionnelle. Vue et situation juste parfaite.
Une petite barrière sur l'entrée de la terrasse pour les familles avec des enfants en bas âge serait top. Petite affiche indiquant qu'il y a un interrupteur coupant le réfrigérateur éviterait de faire déplacer quelqu'un (c'est purement de notre faute si s'est arrivé, c'est juste un conseil). Cependant réactivité exceptionnelle de la direction pour réglé le problème

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, la piscine, les mobiles home avec beaucoup d'espace, les sanitaires étaient propres , belles ballades à faire en vélo.
Nous reviendrons sûrement.
Le camping pourrais mettre des petites tablettes ou porte-manteau dans les toilettes , ce serait plus pratique. 😉

Nous sommes en revanche désolés pour les petits manquements concernant l’accueil et la communication. La courtoisie et le sourire sont importants pour nous, et nous ne manquerons pas de rappeler ces valeurs à notre équipe. Nous prenons très au sérieux vos remarques concernant la propreté, l’hygiène, la vaisselle ainsi que le matériel mis à disposition. La satisfaction et le confort de nos clients sont importants pour nous, et nous allons vérifier chacun des points que vous soulevez afin d’apporter les corrections nécessaires.
Concernant le chalet, celui-ci correspond à la catégorie et aux équipements présentés lors de la réservation. Il s’agit notamment d’un hébergement sans sanitaires privatifs, ce qui est indiqué dans sa description. Nous regrettons toutefois que ce type d’hébergement n’ait pas correspondu à vos attentes.
Nous sommes également désolés que vous ayez perçu notre accueil comme froid. Ce n’est absolument pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.
Nous aurions préféré pouvoir échanger avec vous directement pendant votre séjour afin de trouver des solutions aux éventuels problèmes rencontrés. Nous regrettons que vous ayez choisi de partir au bout de deux jours sans que nous ayons pu améliorer la situation.
Vos remarques ont néanmoins été entendues et seront prises en compte avec attention.
500 euro pour un chalet sens sanitaire et s'en douche sa fait cher nous sommes partis au bou de 2jours tellement c était sale aucune remise ni d excuse de la part de la responsable une honte.
