Beautiful quiet campsite

Review of the campsite

This is such a lovely place to stay, beautiful surroundings and the grounds are well kept. Lovely swimming pool area, which is not too busy even during peak season. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The fresh bread and croissants are delicious! Conveniently located being close to the A10 with lots to see and do in the local area. Would definitely recommend it and will return in the future.

The shower block needs updating and extra water points needed on the site. The caravan toilet emptying facility should be located elsewhere. However I know the owners have only recently purchased the property so I'm sure this will be addressed at some point and would not put me off returning.

Camping at Chateau de la Rolandiere

Review of the campsite

Lovely campsite in the beautiful grounds of Chateau de la Rolandiere. The reception area is well stocked and staff were very welcoming. This is a small campsite with nice large plots. The facilities are kept very clean but would benefit from modernisation Small pool area was clean and well maintained

The only negative I can say is that the toilet and shower block really would benefit from some updating
