Séjour parfait en mobil-home tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, très agréable du début à la fin. L’environnement était calme, propre et bien entretenu. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise. Tout était réuni pour passer un long weekend reposant et sans stress. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs.

Mobil-home très confortable, moderne et bien équipé (TV, lave-vaisselle, rangements…) et bien agencé. Les espaces sont optimisés et agréables à vivre. La terrasse semi-couverte permet de profiter de l’extérieur à tout moment.

Prachtig uitzicht op bergen vanaf terras!
Mensen bij receptie waren vriendelijk en gaven goed advies
Staat van onderhoud van camping en speel faciliteit waren erg goed
Mini vaatwasser is waardeloos, geen van de programma's wast schoon en maakt erg veel lawaai!
Reserveren voor binnenzwembad, dan moet iemand je met sleutel binnen laten en die doet deur (naar douches en kleedcabines) weer op slot. uitgang 1 richting meteen op straat, voelde niet echt welkom...
Inventaris caravan kan beter: Bestek bot en incompleet Geen broodmessen), geen snijplank, alleen mini glazen en kopjes na wandeling wil je iets groter om te drinken.

Wij zijn blij te lezen dat u heeft genoten van het prachtige uitzicht op de bergen vanaf uw terras, evenals van de vriendelijke ontvangst door ons receptieteam. Het doet ons ook plezier dat de algemene staat van de camping en de faciliteiten, waaronder de speelvoorzieningen, aan uw verwachtingen voldeden.
Wij nemen echter uw opmerkingen over bepaalde voorzieningen en diensten zeer serieus. Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak met de mini-vaatwasser en voor de ontbrekende of te verbeteren inventaris in de accommodatie. Uw feedback is waardevol en helpt ons om deze punten snel te verbeteren.
Wat betreft de toegang tot het binnenzwembad begrijpen wij dat dit als omslachtig en minder gastvrij is ervaren. Wij zullen bekijken hoe we dit proces kunnen verbeteren om het verblijf aangenamer te maken.
Ook betreuren wij de afwezigheid van de afstandsbediening voor de airconditioning tijdens uw verblijf, evenals de beperkingen met betrekking tot de grootte van de plaats en de parkeermogelijkheden. Deze punten nemen wij mee in onze voortdurende verbeteringen.
Wij hopen desondanks dat u een goede algemene herinnering aan uw verblijf overhoudt en verwelkomen u graag opnieuw om u een nog betere ervaring te bieden.

Douche en toilet zijn gescheiden
Woonkamer is prima
Terras is prima
Afstandsbediening en dus hele airco was eind april gegin mei niet aanwezig, terwijl we die wel wilden gebruiken voor drogen kleren.
Vaatwasser is een grap, meteen wegdoen!
Plek is klein, parkeer gelegenheid op eigen plek minimaal
