Regarding check-out, our reception staff are available from 8:00 am, which is why formal check-out is possible from that time. However, if you wish to leave earlier, it is possible to exit from 7:00 am, and payment can be made the evening before departure. We hope this flexibility can make your next stay more convenient. We’re sorry to hear that the limited public bus service affected your stay. Unfortunately, public transportation in San Marino is not managed by us and can sometimes be limited, especially during certain hours. However, we would like to point out that our private shuttle service was available in the evening to help guests reach nearby destinations more easily. We also take note of your comments regarding the pool access system and the reception service, and we will use them to continue improving.
