Regarding the swimming pool, it is closed seasonally every year in mid-September, as stated in the information provided about our campsite. The requirement to wear a swimming cap is also part of the pool regulations. We are, however, sorry about the condition of the sanitary facilities and the lack of toilet paper during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will report the matter to the staff responsible. As for your accommodation, our campsite is located in a hilly area, and some pitches naturally have a certain slope. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.

Gentile Ospite, Gentile Ospite, la ringraziamo di cuore per aver condiviso la sua esperienza e per le belle parole dedicate ad Al Centro Vacanze. Siamo particolarmente felici che abbia apprezzato la nostra piscina, immersa nel verde, così come la tranquillità e il clima più fresco che caratterizzano la posizione del campeggio. Ci fa inoltre molto piacere sapere che la casa mobile scelta per il soggiorno, nonostante l'assenza di uno spazio verde privato, sia risultata spaziosa, nuova, ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ci dispiace invece che, arrivando verso la fine di agosto, sua figlia non abbia potuto partecipare alla Baby Dance a causa della conclusione delle attività. Comprendiamo anche le sue osservazioni relative alla presenza degli animali nella parte alta del campeggio e alla riduzione dell'area loro dedicata: sono aspetti che teniamo in considerazione per migliorare sempre di più l'esperienza dei nostri ospiti. Ci permettiamo inoltre di precisare un aspetto relativo all'ingresso in piscina per gli ospiti esterni: il costo per un pomeriggio in piscina per due persone non è di €35, bensì di €26 complessivi. Ci dispiace quindi per l'eventuale equivoco e ci teniamo a fornire questa precisazione affinché le informazioni riportate siano corrette. La ringraziamo ancora per aver scelto Al Centro Vacanze e siamo davvero lieti che, nonostante le piccole criticità riscontrate, il suo soggiorno sia stato eccellente. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente in futuro, magari con sua figlia, per regalarvi un'altra piacevole vacanza!
