Small second bedroom but the rest of the mobile home was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows had plastic covers, so weren’t the most comfortable.
The plastic covered bedding wasn’t very comfortable.

accès a la plage est un vrai plus, les jeux piscine sont agreable.
la salle d'arcade, la moitié des jeux son cassé voir dangereux. Les passages pour les caravanes est étroit surtout lorsque en face la voiture dépasse. Le restaurant est de qualité correct mais le cocktail est vraiment pas bon , manque de qualité par rapport a se qu'on s'attend a avoir vue le standing du camping.

Globalement ça va, une chance qu'il soit arboré car je n'avais pas la clim et des enfants en bas âge.
très bien, les passages pour les caravanes est étroit surtout lorsque en face la voiture dépasse, cela est compliqué de sortir la voiture, heureusement lord du départ il n'y avait pas la voiture d'en face.
Le voisin d'a coté a pu sortir sa caravane car téléguidé (une chance cette technologie) car une tesla bleu était garé justement en face et laissait peu de place pour sortir sa caravane.
Des jeux pour petit enfants de moins de 5 ans manque.
La pataugeoire avait l'eau la plus froide de toutes les piscines, j'ai du ressortir plusieurs fois pour réchauffer les enfants et moi même.

emplacement confort au floride est loin d etre spacieux comme dans le reste du camping
venant dans ce camping depuis plus de 10 ans bous avons été déçu de se retrouver dans la partie floride. Changement très important ne pas pouvoir stationner une voiture sur l emplacement et considérer un camping car comme un véhicule.c est du n importe quoi . les sanitaires au floride date des annees 60. pas de poubelles etc. Venant 2 fois par an dans les emplacements avec sanitaire nous avons été très deçus et n envisageons plus de revenir Désolés pour vous et pour nous

réactivité des équipes, aquagym très dynamique, piscine propre, papier toilette de qualité dans les publics, les frites qualité et quantité. grande plancha.
frigo HS (vite remplacé), literie poussive, mobil-home et vaisselle dégueulasse y'a pas d autres mots. activités sportives réduites à peau de chagrin (exit la boxe le step la danse etc etc). l'accueil pas agréable, même plus de boite d'accueil et bracelet départ. plus de bracelets pour payer. on se fait envoyer chier quand on se fait voler les claquettes à la piscine, le service du tikki toujours aussi lent même quand il n'y a personne. exit le fast checking on met deux plombes à récupérer les clés. les trotinettes devenues dangereuses et ingérables. la couverture IMMONDE.
DEGUEULASSE. sol, vaisselle et couvertures. une HONTE y'a pas d autre mot.

Nous avons appréciés notre séjour, parc aquatique génial, les animations proposées sont super surtout pour le club enfants avec une équipe d'animation au top !
Le bémol du séjour étais le confort du mobil home, très limite en équipement, pas de bouilloire, pas de grille pain, 6pinces à linge... juste dommage que le camping soit repris par Ciela car avons nous avions le droit à des petites attentions à notre arrivés! De point de vue général je recommande ce camping

descriptif non conforme à location payée
Review of the campsite
nous avons payé pour un mobil home avec terrasse couverte comme noté dans le descriptif; à notre arrivée il s agissait d un mobil home avec pergola couverte, plus marches pour accès au mobil home.
suite à plusieurs réclamations au camping, nous avons eu un échange service qualité : on nous a dit que l attribution des mobil home était aléatoire en fonction des disponibilités et que notre terrasse était bien couverte donc tout est normal.
on nous a offert les frais de nettoyage (merci)
les photos ne sont pas contractuelles mais le descriptif est précis, d où notre mécontentement
ne pas confondre photo et réalité
informer dans le descriptif des différentes alternatives de locations
nous louons dans un 5 étoiles, 1 minimum de respect quant au choix des locations avec précision
nous n avions jamais été déçus par ce camping, cette année, ça a été franchement pas génial.

Environnement, cadre, hébergement, animations, restauration et activités.
Si il y avait plus de 5 étoiles possibles, ce camping en mérite largement le double.
Un grand bravo particulier à toute l’équipe d’animation…. La meilleure que j’ai vu depuis longtemps…. Et pourtant je suis un habitué du camping…
Mais je crois que ça y est, j’ai trouvé le meilleur 🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️❤️
On veut un babyfoot 😅😅😅🙏🙏🙏

Cadre du camping très agréable, activités, soirée à thème et petit plus pour le spectacle d'Ariel sur la piscine 😍
La vétusté du mobil home, le cadre de certaines portes étaient bien abîmés (du mal à fermer les portes sans devoir les faire claquer pour les fermer), une odeur se dégageait par intermittence de la climatisation quand celle-ci n'était pas en mode recyclage d'air ,l'emplacement en général (manque d'ombre, juste en face du local du personnel d'entretien, beaucoup de voiturettes garé un peu partout).
