Verborgen parel aan de Cote Blue

Review of the campsite

Wij (gezin met 3 tiener kinderen) verbleven samen met vrienden op deze camping. Ontvangst was erg vriendelijk en ze spraken ook goed Engels! Leuke activiteiten voor jong en oud verdeeld over de week. De kids hadden voldoende aansluiting en speelden in de avond buiten. Geen zwembad. Dit wisten wij en hoeft voor ons ook niet. De camping was netjes en schoon. Je kan er wassen en drogen met Tokens. Restaurant/Bediening top! Zo lekker gegeten. Op maandag bingo. En ook deze vertalen ze naar het Engels. Echt fijn! Jeu de boules ballen te leen bij de receptie. Wij hebben genoten! Auto is fijn.

Eventueel een spiegel bovenaan de heuvel naar de chalets zodat je een overzicht hebt van het verkeer wat van boven naar beneden komt.

Accommodation review - Chalet Facing the sea ~32m² - 3 bedrooms + air-conditioning

Nette chalet, paste prima met 5 personen. De chalets waren fantastisch gelegen bovenaan, direct naast het hek die toegang geeft naar de klif, haven en het strand. De afstand is goed te lopen. Let wel op dat dit een weg vol met keien is en ongelijke stukken. De trap richting de haven is ook glad. Dit is bekend, hou je daar rekening mee dan is er niets aan de hand.

De bedden/ de matrassen zijn wat kort en door de beschermlaag erg warm. Lagen wel erg lekker. Neem eventueel een extra overtrek mee.

The terrace is great, the beds are comfy, a little narrow for grown up people but we got used to it, everything was clean.

Wify is for pay, you have a free wify zone on the campsite.

very nice small campground with fantastic sea view

we spent 9 days at the campground with our tent and e-bikes. We really enjoyed the place, beach and restaurant. The campground is really great and we can only recommend it.

place was very quiet, great view from our place to the ocean. Clean bathroom and each place had even his own water / sink. Beach was also nice. Friendly reception and baguette Lady in the morning.

Zum zweiten mal wunderbare Wochen

Der Steinestrand, der über den Campingplatz erreichbar ist, sowie der Sandstrand (Sante Croix) ist einfach und schnell zu erreichen und lud uns fast täglich zum Schwimmen ein. Beide Meereszugänge sind sauber und bieten einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Schnorcheln, Kajaken, Schwimmen und Sonnenbaden. Der Campingplatz selbst ist Sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Unterkünfte (wir hatten diesmal ein Mobile-Home) sind ebenso wie im letzten Jahr die Zeltplätze, gut gepflegt. Das Restaurant ist einen Besuch wert. Wir kommen wieder, soviel ist sicher.

Die Terrassen der Mobile-Homes könnten gern komplett überdacht sein, da das tägliche Entfernen des Vogelkots nicht so toll war. Dadurch, dass wir vor unserem Mobile-Home einen großen Baum stehen hatten, auf dem sich viele Vögel gern den Tag vertreiben, war die Terasse für uns nicht gänzlich nutzbar. Gern hätten wir unsere Mahlzeiten draußen genossen, dieses war jedoch nicht möglich. Früh morgends fing der Tag somit erstmal mit der reinigung der Terasse an. Über den Tag musste regelmäßig nachgeputzt werden. Dennoch hat dieser Umstand unseren Aufenthalt nicht minderwertiger gemacht.

Die Zimmer sind groß genug für uns gewesen, (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind). Für 5 Personen jedoch wäre der Essbereich etwas klein gewesen, zumal man die Terasse nicht vollständig nutzen kann. Die Küchenzeile (Schränke mit Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck sowie Gasherd mit Dunstabzugshaube, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Microwelle und Kaffemaschine) ist ausreichend und praktisch. Der Küchen- Essbereich ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die ihre Dienste zuverlässig verrichtete. Die Dusche mit kleinem Spülbecken, sowie die seperate Toilette, sind klein aber ausreichend, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Leider hatte der Gasherd keinen Backofen aber dafür gibt es ja das tolle Restaurant. Fenster leider ohne Fliegengitter, wir hassen Spinnen. ;) Terrasse nicht komplett überdacht, wir lieben Vögel trotzdem :) Morgends einige weinige Ameisen im Bad, welche nachts unter der Dusche hereinkrabbeln.

Beautiful, clean site right next to a wonderful cove

We had a lovely shady spot right next to the private gate to the coastal walk through the pine trees to a wonderful swimming cove. It was perfect for us.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I stayed for a week and we loved it. Flying from Ireland with 2 small children we didn’t want to have to pack all of the usual camping essentials so staying in the mobile home was perfect and it had everything we needed. The location was absolutely stunning with lovely beaches, walks and amenities nearby. Would have happily stayed here for a month if I could! It’s a very simple campsite without entertainment etc when we were there (low season, not sure about high season) but this is exactly what we wanted- to just relax and it was perfect for this. Staff were very accommodating

The mobile home was modern, super clean and had everything we needed. The decking was a lovely bonus and because the weather was so nice we were able to eat outside there everyday and even while the children slept because they were so close.beds were very comfortable, bedding was nice and the Shower was fantastic, air con was a great bonus too.

Nice and quiet Short-Trip

Everything was quiet, tidy and clean. The small sink at each pitch was a nice feature. The oceanview was fantastic. Showers and Washrooms were always clean. Very friendly Personnel, helped us out with a power chord.

Not much space to play for the little ones, the tent pitches are a little on the small side at least for our folding tent trailer. Normal Caravans and Campervans fit a little better. We didn't know that there's no toilet paper at the toilets, but even there we got a spare one from the Reception.

Definitely the Ocean.

Magnifique séjour dans le magnifique camping Les Mouettes . Tout était super , l'accueil, la vue sur la mer , le calme et aussi le restaurant où nous nous sommes régalés. Mobil-home très propre et confortable. Nous reviendrons bientôt.
