The campsite was good, because:
It was quiet
Secluded hedged pitches
Water and electricity supplies adjacent to pitches
Staff extremely helpful
A great area to explore, including caves, mountains, canal du midi and Carcassone to name a few places of interest.
The swimming pool looked good, but we went there out of high season and knew it wouldn't be open yet.

Just had 3 days here, lovely spacious pitches, very friendly staff and fantastic pool area. Facilities were spotlessly clean at all times one of the nicest small sites we have stayed on

Review of the campsite
The reception girl was very helpful,but the rest of the stay(which we left before we had to)was a bit of a comedy act,with one toilet roll per cubicle,that lasted twenty mins LOL.The pitches were quite small and felt closed in.The wifi was hit and miss,would rather of paid for a decent connection.The pictures on the advert were out of date and the whole site needs updating as so much wasnt working,sorry i feel like this but thats how i feel.

Nous ne comprenons pas la note de 2 en propreté surtout que dans les avis qui concernent la même période nous obtenons une note moyenne de 8 (???).
Que s"est-il passé?Parfois il peut y avoir des problèmes ponctuels sur lesquels nous pouvons intervenir si on nous les fait remonter.
La reception est ouverte de 8h30 à 12h 30 et de 14h à 20h, il est dommage d'attendre d'être parti pour dire ce qui ne fonctionne pas.
Lors de vos prochains séjour en camping pensez-y.

Bonjour merci d'avoir prit le temps de nous déposer votre avis. Nous constatons que la propreté a été mal noté sur votre avis. La propreté a été évaluée à "9" par un autre client durant la même période de séjour que le vôtre. Les sanitaires sont entretenus quotidiennement mais il suffit d'une famille qui ne respecte pas les lieux pour que celui qui passe après en subisse les conséquences. Peut-être cela explique t'il votre note de 5.
En espérant que vous avez tout de même apprécié votre séjour.

Cozy little site, very green in lovely countryside

Nice large pitches, a lot of vegetation, small campsite, quiet
The sanitaries were very unclean from the beginning of our stay and in these two days no one cleaned them.
Accommodation review - Pitch Trekking Package by foot or by bike without electricity
The emplacement was rather large and there were beautiful trees around us. The whole place seemed a bit run down and the grass was rather high.
Reception was friendly. Beware: the very good bakery in the village nearby is closed on Mondays and the little shop opens only until 12.30 on Mondays. Same for all the small villages nearby. But great opportunities to cycle through the beautiful countryside
Sanitary rooms were really neglected and dirty. Maybe this is a beginning of the season thing, same as the high grass on the emplacements!

La piscine n'est pas chauffée ou chauffée à 20 degrés... les toilettes étaient très souvent sales malgré le peu de fréquentation, camping mal entretenu

Nous venons de prendre connaissance de votre avis et bien évidemment il nous a alerté.
A première vue vous n'avez pas été satisfait de votre séjour hormis la région et l'emplacement qui vous ont convenu et nous en sommes les premiers navrés.
Concernant la note de l'accueil, peut être pourriez vous par mail nous en dire un peu plus car nous ne savons pas ce qui a pu vous déplaire.
La note qui nous interpelle le plus est la note de la propreté:
nos sanitaires sont nettoyés quotidiennement.
J'ai regardé les avis déposés par les campeurs étant présents à la même période que vous (votre séjour s'est déroulé du 03/06 au 07/06)
le premier présent du 01/06 au 06/ 06 a mis un 8/10
le deuxième du 06/06 au 07/06 a mis un 9/10
le troisième du 06/06 au 08/06 a mis un 9/10
Donc je ne comprend pas ce qui a pu se passer.
Quoi qu'il en soit et quoi qu'il ait pu se passer nous rappelons toujours que lorsque il y a un problème c'est pendant le séjour et non après qu'il faut le faire remonter. Il suffit parfois de campeurs non respectueux pour qu'un sanitaire nettoyé soit vite sali!! et très rapidement nous pouvons intervenir pour réparer les problèmes.
Encore une fois désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour chez nous et désolés de devoir en parler à travers un écran.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Les hébergements sont ombragés, orientés de façon à ne pas avoir de vis à vis. Le camping est très agréable et très calme.
L’hébergement est bien aménagé et bien équipé. La literie est confortable. Le système de Clim à carte est astucieux car évite les abus.
Nous avons trouvé dommage que la fenêtre de la pièce de vie ne s’ouvre pas, mais nous supposons que techniquement cela demanderait des renforts de structure qui ne sont peut être pas envisageables.
