Just had 3 days here, lovely spacious pitches, very friendly staff and fantastic pool area. Facilities were spotlessly clean at all times one of the nicest small sites we have stayed on

Review of the campsite
The reception girl was very helpful,but the rest of the stay(which we left before we had to)was a bit of a comedy act,with one toilet roll per cubicle,that lasted twenty mins LOL.The pitches were quite small and felt closed in.The wifi was hit and miss,would rather of paid for a decent connection.The pictures on the advert were out of date and the whole site needs updating as so much wasnt working,sorry i feel like this but thats how i feel.

Nous respectons votre ressenti et sommes navrés de constater que rien ne vous a satisfait à part la région et l'accueil.
Nous ne comprenons pas la note de 2 en propreté surtout que dans les avis qui concernent la même période nous obtenons une note moyenne de 8 (???).
Que s"est-il passé?Parfois il peut y avoir des problèmes ponctuels sur lesquels nous pouvons intervenir si on nous les fait remonter.
La reception est ouverte de 8h30 à 12h 30 et de 14h à 20h, il est dommage d'attendre d'être parti pour dire ce qui ne fonctionne pas.
Lors de vos prochains séjour en camping pensez-y.

La propreté a été évaluée à "9" par un autre client durant la même période de séjour que le vôtre. Les sanitaires sont entretenus quotidiennement mais il suffit d'une famille qui ne respecte pas les lieux pour que celui qui passe après en subisse les conséquences. Peut-être cela explique t'il votre note de 5.

Nice large pitches, a lot of vegetation, small campsite, quiet
The sanitaries were very unclean from the beginning of our stay and in these two days no one cleaned them.
Accommodation review - Pitch Trekking Package by foot or by bike without electricity
The emplacement was rather large and there were beautiful trees around us. The whole place seemed a bit run down and the grass was rather high.
Reception was friendly. Beware: the very good bakery in the village nearby is closed on Mondays and the little shop opens only until 12.30 on Mondays. Same for all the small villages nearby. But great opportunities to cycle through the beautiful countryside
Sanitary rooms were really neglected and dirty. Maybe this is a beginning of the season thing, same as the high grass on the emplacements!

dans la salle de bains, le sol est moisi ,il n'y a pas de bac de douche, ni de paroi ,le sol est en pente, l'eau s'écoule vers la cuisine, il y a juste un robinet accroché au mur; le miroir du lavabo n'est pas en face
la salle de bains est a refaire; il est à noter la présence d'une raclette pour éponger l'eau durant la douche, comme il n'y a pas de crochet pour tenir la paume de douche, vous devez vous savonner d'une main, tenir la raclette de l'autre et tenir la paume de douche.

L’environnement du Camping est très agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Piscine très belle mais un peu fraiche. Espace barbecue super. Très bel acceuil, équipe à l’écoute.
Le pot d’accueil serait peut être plus judicieux en soirée que le midi. Il serait peut-être bien que le portail soit fermé un peu plus tard le soir.
La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses, le salon est assez grand et la terrasse est parfaite. Le chalet est bien agencé et lumineux.
Un rideau sur la grande fenêtre du salon serait apprécié pour plus d’intimité et pour la luminosité le matin. Plaque électrique un peu petite pour 2 poêles en même temps.
