Our Camping Tikayan Les Cigales is located in the heart of Provence near the village of Le Muy, between the Massif des Maures and the Massif de l'Esterel. 20 km from the sea, we offer rentals of air-conditioned chalets and mobile homes for 2 to 10 people. Take advantage of our unique aquatic area in the Var of 16,000m2 which has 9 pools, and has giant slides (4 tracks of 35 meters and 1 track of 75 meters in a loop) which descend from a Mayan pyramid, a waterfall watering a lagoon of 400 m² as well as a paddling pool, a traditional swimming pool, a spa pool and 1 bubble pool with 40 places, a fast-flowing river of 120 meters and our Aquatic Garden for the happiness of the little ones: two paddling pools with games of children (depth from 15 to 30 cm). Several pools in the water park are heated depending on the season. The Thalgo wellness center offers massages, body and face treatments, nails, and a fitness room, for holidays placed under the sign of relaxation. Our Camping Les Cigales offers many sports and leisure facilities: multi-sports ground, tennis court, several children's play areas and boules pitches. For the happiness of your family, our entertainment team offers a children's club in in the spring and summer vacations, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and animated evenings. On the services side, the campsite has a restaurant area, a grocery shop and a laundry.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi park
Klein appartement.
We hadden een vakantie gewonnen. Jammer genoeg is daar verder geen aandacht aan besteed bij aankomst. Zou leuk zijn geweest..
Ook hadden we gevraagd om een iets groter huisje, als je dan toch de prijs hebt gewonnen.
Maar daar werd jammer genoeg ook niet op ingegaan.
Toen we op het park waren, was en nog genoeg vrij. Jammer, was mooie reclame voor jullie geweest

Great place for a family
Review of the campsite
Great pool area, nice staff, good security. Pool rules were generally enforced which gave a nice and orderly experience. All areas were clean. Bungalows were as expected, clean and modern.
The food in the restaurant needs some improvement. More activities for the youths would be appreciated so they can get to know each other.

Pleins de morceaux de verres a l'entrée du bungalow du coup ma fille ne pouvais pas s'amuser devant
Pas propre ,pas de sac poubelles ,pas de rouleau papier toilette a l'arrivée
Canapé tous déchiré et même pas les mêmes morceaux
Et on parle de 2700 euros la semaine

Clean, modern spaces. All necessary equipment provided. Air conditioning worked very well and always gave us a good nights sleep.

déçue par rapport à notre séjour de l'année dernière

L'espace aquatique, le cadre du camping, la propreté du camping ( des agents travaillent et nettoient les espaces toute la journée malgré les fortes chaleurs).
Les spectacles du soir pas mal.
Bravo pour investissement dans la structure aquatique gonflable et la nouvelle machine à mousse.
Prestataire restaurant à revoir, on ne vient pas en vacances pour voir des gens qui font la gueule et trop fatigués, ils auraient du prévoir 2 équipes pour faire un roulement. Là ce sont les même personnes du matin au soir, elles sont fatiguées et plus envie + carte a revoir, pas un seul poisson frais
L'animation fait cruellement défaut, peu d'animation, pas beaucoup d'échanges entre les animateurs et les vacanciers, ils font leur job minimum quand c'est l'heure d'une animation. J'ai connu des camping où les animateurs étaient toujours présents, proches des vacanciers, de bonne humeur et se donnaient à 200%.
Maillots de bain acceptés l'année dernière mais refusés cette année, obligés d'en acheter, désolant de devoir se déshabiller devant l'entrée de la piscine.
Epicerie peu fournie par rapport à l'année dernière, très peu de choix et produits basiques absents.
Accommodation review -
mobilhome vieillissant a rénover ou changer mais propre et bien équipé. Jolie vue sur les vignes
emplacement un peu trop proche de l'autoroute ( très bruyant avec les poids lourds) et trop loin de la piscine.

Un super espaces piscine, un super accueil au restaurant du camping, les animations étaient très sympa.
Un bémol pour l'absence d'explications le jour de l'arrivée, on a vu que la piscine était ouverte en noctune seulement en allant manger c'est dommage.

Bien agencé, top avec la clim
Gros point noir pour l'emplacement du mobilhome en bord d'autoroute, beaucoup de bruit de jour comme de nuit, difficile de dormir.

Shorts interdits !! Franchement, quel intérêt d’interdire les shorts en dehors du bassin alors qu’on est au bord, sur les transats ?
Maillots de bain obligatoires pour les usagers, mais pas pour les maîtres-nageurs ? Aucune logique !!
L’hygiène, oui, bien sûr, mais dans ce cas, les règles doivent s’appliquer à tout le monde de la même manière !!

Les piscines sont vraiment top surtout la rivière
Peu d'animation par rapport à un 5 étoiles
Les spectacles sont bien
Les personnes qui s'occupent de l'entretien des mobilhomes sont au top ! Les 2 monsieurs étaient très sympas et efficaces pour les petites réparations à faire

Les demandes faites suite a l'état des lieux ne reçoivent pas de réponse
Les spectacles sont bien mais le reste de l'animation du soir pas top ! A part Galé le reste de l'équipe n'était pas à la hauteur par rapport aux autres années. Si Galé était absent la soirée dansante un flop !
L'histoire des vêtements autour de la piscine était hystérique ! Les gens rentrent avec leurs chaussures sales mais pour un short autour du bassin non ! C est n'importe quoi ! L'hygiène commence par les chaussures !

Les piscines le choix il y en a pour tout les goûts il y a des animations tout les jours plusieur fois par jours
Le revêtement des sols autour des piscine . La façon de parler de certains surveillants de baignade surtout quand y s'adresse à des enfants

Je pense que 3 personnes max après c est vraiment petit il était pas très propre sous le mobilhome c'était clairement dégueulasse mégot papier etc c'est dommage car on aime bien ce camping mais pas sur qu'on revienne

Manque dans le mobilhome des tables de nuit des patères des transat un parasol.les photos du mobilhome n'a pas correspondu a ce que jai eu pas de garde corps sur la terrasse des extérieurs pas entretenu. Le poin positif les piscines.

Tout. Population catastrophique. Bienvenue à weshland.Aucun horaire de respecté,la boutique toujours fermé. Le bar fermé en pleine journée.Le camping pas entretenu et sale. L’animation catastrophique. La scène très mal placée.La sécurité et les maîtres nageurs désagréable.L’eau est sale.On peut pas venir en short de bain mais en burkini oui honteux.les mobile home date d’il y’a 30 ans. A fuire même pas digne d’un 3 étoiles.
