Our Camping Tikayan Les Cigales is located in the heart of Provence near the village of Le Muy, between the Massif des Maures and the Massif de l'Esterel. 20 km from the sea, we offer rentals of air-conditioned chalets and mobile homes for 2 to 10 people. Take advantage of our unique aquatic area in the Var of 16,000m2 which has 9 pools, and has giant slides (4 tracks of 35 meters and 1 track of 75 meters in a loop) which descend from a Mayan pyramid, a waterfall watering a lagoon of 400 m² as well as a paddling pool, a traditional swimming pool, a spa pool and 1 bubble pool with 40 places, a fast-flowing river of 120 meters and our Aquatic Garden for the happiness of the little ones: two paddling pools with games of children (depth from 15 to 30 cm). Several pools in the water park are heated depending on the season. The Thalgo wellness center offers massages, body and face treatments, nails, and a fitness room, for holidays placed under the sign of relaxation. Our Camping Les Cigales offers many sports and leisure facilities: multi-sports ground, tennis court, several children's play areas and boules pitches. For the happiness of your family, our entertainment team offers a children's club in in the spring and summer vacations, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and animated evenings. On the services side, the campsite has a restaurant area, a grocery shop and a laundry.

Klein appartement.
We hadden een vakantie gewonnen. Jammer genoeg is daar verder geen aandacht aan besteed bij aankomst. Zou leuk zijn geweest..
Ook hadden we gevraagd om een iets groter huisje, als je dan toch de prijs hebt gewonnen.
Maar daar werd jammer genoeg ook niet op ingegaan.
Toen we op het park waren, was en nog genoeg vrij. Jammer, was mooie reclame voor jullie geweest

Great pool area, nice staff, good security. Pool rules were generally enforced which gave a nice and orderly experience. All areas were clean. Bungalows were as expected, clean and modern.
The food in the restaurant needs some improvement. More activities for the youths would be appreciated so they can get to know each other.

Le camping n est pas bien entretenu, on dirait il est en travaux. Pas d accès correct aux parcs pour les enfants. La poubelle de la piscine déborde. On demande de ce déshabiller devant le vigile pas de douche et pas de vestiaire. C est très ambiguë cette situation

L'arrivée au camping est le premier point négatif de notre expérience. Arrivée possible uniquement entre 17h et 18h. Accueil saturée nous attendons 40 minutes au soleil sur le parking. Puis 20 minutes à l'accueil. Arrivés à 17h10 nous obtenons nos clés à 18h25.
Bungalow sans vue sur les vignes.
Piscine qui ferme à 19h.
Voisins bruyants (musique jusqu'à 00h30 puis réveil en musique à 7h40)
Bungalow qu'il faut rendre à 10h.
L'Accueil : une plage horaire élargie pour les arrivées. Proposer des départs plus tardifs vers 11h.
Dès juin proposer des horaires plus tardifs pour l'espace aquatique.
L'espace aquatique qui manque de nettoyage (pansements sur les marches d'escalier)
Faire des rondes pour gérer les personnes irrespectueuses de la vie en communauté.

Les mobilehome manque d’hygiène accès piscine sans claquette est inadmissible pied ouvert cloque et entre les escaliers le carrelage très dangereux
Ben l’accès au piscine avec nos claquettes enlever le carrelage et mettre les mobilhome à jour vous êtes un camping 5etoiles autour y’a des camping 3 étoiles avec des mobilhomme en meilleur état vous avez des prenium tout vos mobilhome devrait avoir se standing et le prenoum devrait être au dessus du prenium apart ça les animateurs cool la sécurité aussi les bassins sont top

Bonjour,
Nous sommes venu en famille, et avons aimé le fait d'être ensemble avec une bonne ambiance et un espace aquatique correct avec du choix pour tous et de l'animation
jai appelé 3 fois afin d'avoir le lien pour solder, je l 'attends toujours ce fameux lien...!!!
Personnel la 1ere fois pas très aimable et pro au tel, faut changer de boulot sinon !
Check in 17h00, check out 10h00 cest un peu abusé pour les week end ! sachant que le ménage est pratiquement même si notre logement était pas hyper propre !!!
La végétation de la piscine du bas (rivière) est fade et défraichie, et la peinture commence à sen aller, dommage que des travaux n'aient pas été faits avant le début de votre saison.
Carrelage aux abords des piscines, risque de glissade, pas safe !

TOUT était très bien je voulais parler du spa j'ai eu un soin d'une heure sur le thème sous la mer la masseuse m'a laissé 30 min dans le noir et le soin en tout à duré 50 min dans ces 50 MINUTES LE MASQUE A POSé 30 minutes le massage du visage a été baclé grosse déception honteux pour le prix
il faut absolument prendre des professionnels au spa

Le jour c'était bien passé, sauf le dernier jour où on m'a volé mes chaussures à la piscine, il y a des caméras de surveillance qui bien évidemment, ne donne pas sur l'entrée un agent de sécurité inutile. C'est bien la peine de nous casser les pieds pour ne pas rentrer avec les chaussures, nous respectons chacune des consignes et personne n'est capable de nous trouver une solution. Ce n'est pas la première fois l'année dernière même problème, on a pas le droit non plus de boire à l'intérieur de la piscine et le restaurant bar est fermé l'après-midi sous 31 degrés facile de se rafraîchir

Le seul point positif de notre séjour a été l’esthétique du bungalows, qui étaient jolis. Malheureusement, cela n’a pas suffi à compenser les nombreux désagréments rencontrés durant notre très court séjour.
Lorsque nous choisissons un camping 5 étoiles, nous attendons à juste titre une prestation à la hauteur de ce standing. Cela passe par un personnel chaleureux, attentif, et des services irréprochables. Malheureusement, ici, le personnel était nonchalant, et nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité dès notre arrivée, avec une descente de police pour un homme armés, incidents récurrents suite à vos avis. Pour un camping de luxe, c’est inacceptable. De plus, il n’y a eu aucun geste commercial et aucun remboursement, malgré ces problèmes graves.
