Our Camping Tikayan Les Cigales is located in the heart of Provence near the village of Le Muy, between the Massif des Maures and the Massif de l'Esterel. 20 km from the sea, we offer rentals of air-conditioned chalets and mobile homes for 2 to 10 people. Take advantage of our unique aquatic area in the Var of 16,000m2 which has 9 pools, and has giant slides (4 tracks of 35 meters and 1 track of 75 meters in a loop) which descend from a Mayan pyramid, a waterfall watering a lagoon of 400 m² as well as a paddling pool, a traditional swimming pool, a spa pool and 1 bubble pool with 40 places, a fast-flowing river of 120 meters and our Aquatic Garden for the happiness of the little ones: two paddling pools with games of children (depth from 15 to 30 cm). Several pools in the water park are heated depending on the season. The Thalgo wellness center offers massages, body and face treatments, nails, and a fitness room, for holidays placed under the sign of relaxation. Our Camping Les Cigales offers many sports and leisure facilities: multi-sports ground, tennis court, several children's play areas and boules pitches. For the happiness of your family, our entertainment team offers a children's club in in the spring and summer vacations, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and animated evenings. On the services side, the campsite has a restaurant area, a grocery shop and a laundry.

Een fijn huisje in een natuurlijke omgeving wat ideaal is om met je hond te komen. Het is erg diervriendelijk.
Wij hadden geboekt van 29/8 t/m 5/9 dus einde seizoen. Er is dan ook nog maar weinig te beleven op de camping. Restaurantgedeelte is vaak dicht en het winkeltje ook maar dat wordt niet duidelijk aangegeven.

The bar staff were friendly. Campsite was set out well, nice to have lots of trees for shade. Good facilities in principle, they were just very tired and not looked after very well
Campsite needed an injection of money. The campsite was tired, the gym equipment ancient and very dirty, half completed buildings, broken glass in both the wooded area and on the floor in a lot of places. Lack of attention to cleanliness in the pool (smelt of wee and dirty items just left rather than cleared away), broken up mini golf course just left discarded, outdoor gym equipment unsafe and broken. The whole campsite just looked tired.
Rules about everything, weird rules around the pool where I couldn't wear a cover-up despite my fair skin.

What I liked was the size of the campground and the swimming pools.
What could be improved is the restaurant. In my opinion, it was not up to French standards. It felt more like a snack bar than a proper restaurant. Another issue I always encounter is the number of lounge chairs around the pool. If you arrive in the afternoon, there is usually nowhere left to sit or lie down.
I also think it's time for France to move on from the outdated rules about swimwear. The requirement to wear those tight swimming trunks and the prohibition on wearing even a simple shirt or rash guard by the pool feels unnecessary and old-fashioned.

Een ruim huisje, alles is aanwezig en netjes. Airconditioning is erg fijn.
De matrassen zijn niet fijn, heel dun en hard.
De douchekop bleef niet goed hangen en het water schoot soms over de douchewand heen.

Functional space, the outdoor area nice and shaded
Coffee machine was different from what was specified on the website so couldn't use the coffee pods we'd bought. Also leaked. No kettle which was annoying. Canopy over outdoor deck wasn't waterproof and covered everything in green algae after it had rained.

Having two bathrooms and air conditioning was a big advantage.
The floors creaked, there was mold in the bathroom, and the cookware was dirty and damaged. The wall between the two small bedrooms did not fit properly, and there was a soft spot in the floor. Overall, the accommodation felt old, worn out, and poorly maintained, especially considering the price we paid.

We enjoyed our stay, until the last day. We liked the pool very much with our 4 kids (2,2,5 and 5 years old) and the facilities were fine. The hospitality was dreadfull, especially on our last day.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi park

We hadden een vakantie gewonnen. Jammer genoeg is daar verder geen aandacht aan besteed bij aankomst. Zou leuk zijn geweest..
Ook hadden we gevraagd om een iets groter huisje, als je dan toch de prijs hebt gewonnen.
Maar daar werd jammer genoeg ook niet op ingegaan.
Toen we op het park waren, was en nog genoeg vrij. Jammer, was mooie reclame voor jullie geweest

Great pool area, nice staff, good security. Pool rules were generally enforced which gave a nice and orderly experience. All areas were clean. Bungalows were as expected, clean and modern.
The food in the restaurant needs some improvement. More activities for the youths would be appreciated so they can get to know each other.

Clean, modern spaces. All necessary equipment provided. Air conditioning worked very well and always gave us a good nights sleep.

L'emplacement du camping
Mobile home très vétuste, peinture extérieure écaillé , intérieur plancher user , sciure qui tombe à la jonction des murs et du sol. Terrasse plein soleil toute la journée. Une seule chose est à peu près potable c'est le parc aquatique et encore vieillot, les toboggans ferment à 11h40 à midi et à 18h30 le soir, la piscine ferme à 19h en plein mois d'août quand on arrive de ballade qu'on a envie de se rafraîchir. Animations nul ( intervenante chanteuse qui se fait envoyer dans les roses par l'annimateur quand elle a fini son spectacle) , pas d'ambiance. Ne mérite pas mieux de deux étoiles

Complexe aquatique vraiment parfait au top.
Personne à l'accueil très sympathique ainsi que maître nageur et patron patronne du bar
Le fait qu'il ni ai plus du tout d'activités en septembre cela est bien dommage.
De plus salle de sport également fermer ce qui ai bien dommage.

Très déçu du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour
De l accueil de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre depart.
Devrait être plus souple sur les conditions de séjour à la location

Arrive le dimanche en fin de journée après 8h de trajet,
Nous trouvons le logement avec les draps parterre des anciens occupants de la semaine avant dans la pièce de vie.
Le ménage n a pas été fait correctement car des résidu de cheveux dans les siphons de la douche.
Les couverts mal nettoyé.
Pas de transat, pas le moyen de faire une plancha ou un barbecue électrique.
Pièce de vie triste.
Chambre petite par rapport à la grandeur de la salle de bain.
Pas de possibilité de mettre ces vêtements car seulement des petites meubles de rangement et même pas de quoi suspendre une chemise car pas de cintres et de portant

L'accueil, la restauration, les jeux aquatiques, l'animation c'était super
L'état catastrophique du mobil-home, le ménage n'avait clairement pas été fait avant qu'on arrive.
Et les rideaux des transparents dans les chambres, ont été réveillé aux premières lueurs du soleil le matin pas génial.
Et on aussi eu le droit a une fuite d'eau d'un tuyau le 1 er soir, donc a minuit coupure d'eau, compliqué pour les toilettes tout ça.

L'agencement
Gros point noir de notre séjour le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans le mobilhome avant notre arrivée (mouche écrasée sur les fenêtres, sable partout sur le sol, bâton de glace et frite sur le sol, rideaux et fenêtres pleines de traces de mains de gras , odeur de renfermé, etc ...) et ayant vu l'état degeulasse du lieu uniquement en rentrant des jeux d'eau après 19h ba il était trop tard pour changer d'endroit.
Il n'y avait que 2 petites cuillères pour 4 pas très pratique.

Le côté ombragé et le parc aquatique
La grande saleté autour des chalets et mobil-homes. L'absence d'amabilité et de compétences des surveillants de baignade. Et surtout le constat que certains pseudo "baigneurs" arboraient dans l'eau et aux abords des piscines en totale contradiction avec votre règlement intérieur des tenues à forte connotation religieuse !!!

Le complexe aquatique est vraiment agréable
Suivi de la propreté des bassins pour les enfants.
Selles ( certe d’enfants) un jour sur deux dans la pataugoire
Plus aucune animation à partir du 1er septembre.
