Our Camping Tikayan Les Cigales is located in the heart of Provence near the village of Le Muy, between the Massif des Maures and the Massif de l'Esterel. 20 km from the sea, we offer rentals of air-conditioned chalets and mobile homes for 2 to 10 people. Take advantage of our unique aquatic area in the Var of 16,000m2 which has 9 pools, and has giant slides (4 tracks of 35 meters and 1 track of 75 meters in a loop) which descend from a Mayan pyramid, a waterfall watering a lagoon of 400 m² as well as a paddling pool, a traditional swimming pool, a spa pool and 1 bubble pool with 40 places, a fast-flowing river of 120 meters and our Aquatic Garden for the happiness of the little ones: two paddling pools with games of children (depth from 15 to 30 cm). Several pools in the water park are heated depending on the season. The Thalgo wellness center offers massages, body and face treatments, nails, and a fitness room, for holidays placed under the sign of relaxation. Our Camping Les Cigales offers many sports and leisure facilities: multi-sports ground, tennis court, several children's play areas and boules pitches. For the happiness of your family, our entertainment team offers a children's club in in the spring and summer vacations, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and animated evenings. On the services side, the campsite has a restaurant area, a grocery shop and a laundry.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi park

We hadden een vakantie gewonnen. Jammer genoeg is daar verder geen aandacht aan besteed bij aankomst. Zou leuk zijn geweest..
Ook hadden we gevraagd om een iets groter huisje, als je dan toch de prijs hebt gewonnen.
Maar daar werd jammer genoeg ook niet op ingegaan.
Toen we op het park waren, was en nog genoeg vrij. Jammer, was mooie reclame voor jullie geweest

Great pool area, nice staff, good security. Pool rules were generally enforced which gave a nice and orderly experience. All areas were clean. Bungalows were as expected, clean and modern.
The food in the restaurant needs some improvement. More activities for the youths would be appreciated so they can get to know each other.

Confortable mais pas d eau chaude les trois premiers jours malgré des réclamations quotidiennes. L eau a été remise à température la veille après midi du départ….
Le fait que le vigile n a pas voulu que l on rentre un deuxième véhicule afin de charger les affaires, malgré l aval du responsable . Il voulait une pièce d identité que nous n avions pas sur nous a l instante. Ca plus l eau chaude !!!

Pour l emplacement le mobihom située à côté d une station des puration c n importe quoi les odeurs c dégoûtant vous vous coucher ca pue vous déjeuner ou manger dehors ca pue un mur séparé la station du mobilhom Ét nous étions au mois de mai alors pour la période h estivale Ques ce ca dois être j ai louer un mobilhom avec télé je me retrouve sans télé pendant 5 jour prestation payer ni tchenicien ni personne a arranger la chose c incroyable pourtant j ai fait remonter le problème tout les jours personne a part se désagrément qui m’a bien soûler rien a redire

Déçue, loin d' un camping 5 étoiles

Proximité de pleins de lieux.
Déçue : eau des piscines froides, pas de vrai animations (a l arrache rien de préparé ni d'organisé) camping bruyant pas de surveillance (a minuit de très jeunes enfants de 3 mobilhomes faisait le bazard sous nos fenêtres )
Camping qui pourrait être bien mais qui n est pas entretenu (herbes hautes, carrelage de la piscine cassé etc)

Il serait bien de faire un point remise en état avant la saison. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, poignée qui reste dans la main, terrasse dangereuse (visse qui ressorte lame de terrasse plus fixé)

L'espace aquatique, la taille du mobil-home.
Le sol de l'espace aquatique ou une solution alternative pour pourvoir marché avec des sandales.
Pourquoi nous ne pouvons pas disposer de l'espace aquatique des l'ouverture. Activer les jets d'eau espace toboggan a partir de 14h c'est ridicule et encore plus quand on le ferme a 17h30 alors que la piscine ferme a 18h.
Ne pas avertir qu'il y des travaux.
Née pas prévoir l'espace pour les animations comme le loto ou il a fallu attendre une demi heure que des table et des chaises soient sortie.
La salle de sport pourrait être bien mieux agencé mettre un peu de musique, et la clim.

Nous avons apprécié le cadre du camping, avec une très belle nature, des plantes bien entretenues et un environnement agréable. Les piscines sont également un vrai point positif : elles sont grandes, même si l’eau était un peu froide pour la saison. Le séjour restait aussi intéressant en basse saison, avec des prix plutôt abordables.
Le logement ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants de 5 à 9 ans, mais il n’y avait que 3 vrais lits. Notre fille de 5 ans a donc dû dormir avec nous. La banquette clic-clac n’était pas confortable et présentait des traces de moisissures, ce qui mérite clairement d’être amélioré.

Le calme et la nature à proximité
Nous avons aussi trouvé peu logique d’avoir payé 90 € de plus qu’un couple d’amis, alors que leur hébergement était plus grand, avec un salon plus spacieux et un clic-clac plus récent et propre. De notre côté, le logement était annoncé sur le site pour 4 personnes, sans possibilité de réserver ce type d’hébergement pour notre famille. Pourtant, nous avions également 4 couchages comme eux. Nous comprenons qu’une personne supplémentaire puisse entraîner un supplément, mais dans ce cas le logement devrait être plus grand et mieux adapté.

Nous avons aimé l’espace aquatique.
Le camping semble abandonné, terrain en friche, PLV qui traîne dans le camping, mobilhome pas forcément accueillant (Lino hors d’usage, vaisselle insuffisante, équipement largement inférieur pour un camping 5 étoiles.) Les lits étaient confortables.
Logement sommaire avec des problèmes d’usure très marqué. Il manque des haies pour ne pas forcément être vu de tous les côtés.

Le parc aquatique, l’accueil à la réception la beauté et la propreté du camping
Plus de piscines chauffée à cette période, plus d’animateurs pour les enfants au club enfants, car les enfants sont refusé 😔
Et le planning animation enfants ne correspond pas aux affiches.
Accueil au bar/ snack pas top top très long à être servie pour deux verres sachant qu’on étaient les seules en terrasse

Pas de prise dans la pièce principal, obliger de déplacer la télé pour brancher la cafetière!
Herbes haute autour du mobilhome
Terrasse pas très sécurisé les marches, les clous qui dépasse des poutres des barrières
Fenêtre qui ne tiennent pas ouverte
En gros mobilhome vétuste!!!!
