Our mobile home was excellent & well equipped, comfortable & clean.
Rather a tough uphill to facilities each time we needed them! However a great disappointment that after May 1st neither the restaurant nor shop opened which was partly our reason for choosing the site. Also lots of building & repair work going on constantly,

The renovations to our restaurant were indeed delayed, and we were unable to open it for May 1st.
However, our mini-market was open.
The rubbish bins are located outside the campsite for the convenience of our guests, but also as a requirement for waste collection.
We don't quite understand the difficulties you encountered accessing the facilities, but we are at your disposal should you wish to discuss this further.
We hope to welcome you back for a future stay and to have you enjoy our newly renovated restaurant.

Sufficient cabins, nice outside space and views of the mountains
Not receiving bedsheets or towels. Very expensive per night to not reciene simple things such as these...
The guy working in the shop was very rude on the first morning. I wasn't aware I had to pre order croissants and attempted to get one as he was stacking the fridges not attending and was extremely rude when saying they needed to be pre ordered the previous day. The lady was very kind and lovely though who worked in there. As were the reception staff when offering where to go on the lake.

Très belle région et camping bien situé mais prestations décevantes: mobil home avec des draps de location qui traînent, des poches d eau non vidé de 2 jours donc nid a moustiques. On se demande si il a ete prepare et l etat reste a désirer. Piscine tres froide alors qu' elle devait etre chauffe. ( plus froide que le lac) Resto pas top et revoir l amabilité) et machine a laver en panne. Camping trop en pente donc obligé de venir chercher les croissants et aller a la piscine en voiture. Pour 565 euros en septembre on s attendait a mieux. Déçu
N affichez pas des animations partout si vous en faites plus. Et évitez de mettre des clients si loin n°73 même si on demandait du calme car avant tout le camping est fait pour faire des rencontres mais la aucun voisin

Revoyez la qualité de votre mobil home car la salle de bain est inacceptable et la terrasse est a refaire. Bache, bois. Mais merci pour les chiliennes.
Préparez comme il faut vos mobil home car latte cassée dans un placard linge d ancien client qui traînent vitre frigo absente et poche d eau sur la bâche alors qu il a pas plus de la semaine donc ca datait de longtemps. Pour nous c est pas de la qualité client

Super séjour, acceuil incroyable !
Review of the campsite
Le camping est grand, mais assez calme. Nous avons reçu un accueil incroyable de la part d’Alexandre, qui a été serviable, généreux et amical.
Le restaurant est largement au-dessus du niveau attendu pour un camping, et les prix sont raisonnables. Le service était impeccable !
Une super expérience de camping en pleine période estivale. Merci à toute l’équipe !
L’encadrement des activités pourrait bénéficier de personnel plus qualifié.

Notre logement était spacieux et la terrasse couverte, avec canapé et table à manger, nous a permis de vivre à l’extérieur pendant tout le séjour.
Les commodités sont petites, mais fonctionnelles. L’air conditionné s’est avéré bien utile.
Gros bémol pour la literie. Les matelas sont très inconfortables.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de votre camping.
L'accueil a été magnifique ainsi que le personnel.
Les animateurs étaient là toujours présent près à nous donner de la bonne humeur et du bonheur.
Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour votre professionnalisme.
C'est un camping qui reste très familial et qui propose de chouettes activités.
Je n'ai rien à dire à ce sujet à part le fait qu'il y a peut-être certains bungalow qui devrait subir des réparations.
C'est pas grave le patron nous a proposé de prolonger notre séjour de quelques jours en compensation.
Ce que rare font.

Comme dit dans le message précédent, notre premier bungalow avec quelques problèmes mais nous nous sommes adaptés et nous avons pu changer de bungalow en compensation.

Première fois au verdon au camping Le clos du Barbey

Le dépaysement total dans un endroit préservé et proche du magnifique lac de sainte croix.
Le personnel est super agréable.
Peut mieux faire pour les animations du soir. Donc des fois , on s'ennuie un peu en soirée lorsque l'on reste au camping.
Les animations proposées ne fédèrent pas grand monde nous étions que trois pour le tournoi de belote.
Pas de télé alors que le descriptif nous l'indiquait sur le site. Même si le but des vacances est de se passer de TV, Il serait bien de prévenir les clients ou changer les infos de votre site.
Ce serait bien de proposer une installation même payante pour pouvoir charger les voitures électrique. C'est la galère pour trouver une borne libre ou en état de fonctionnement.

rien à redire hébergement propre et je pense plutôt récent et largement suffisant pour 3 personnes.
Sur le descriptif du grand confort, on nous parle de plancha ? il serait plus judicieux de parler de poële et de table vitro…. pour le prix du séjour je m'attendait quand même a un peu plus.
