Our mobile home was excellent & well equipped, comfortable & clean.
Rather a tough uphill to facilities each time we needed them! However a great disappointment that after May 1st neither the restaurant nor shop opened which was partly our reason for choosing the site. Also lots of building & repair work going on constantly,

The renovations to our restaurant were indeed delayed, and we were unable to open it for May 1st.
However, our mini-market was open.
The rubbish bins are located outside the campsite for the convenience of our guests, but also as a requirement for waste collection.
We don't quite understand the difficulties you encountered accessing the facilities, but we are at your disposal should you wish to discuss this further.
We hope to welcome you back for a future stay and to have you enjoy our newly renovated restaurant.

Sufficient cabins, nice outside space and views of the mountains
Not receiving bedsheets or towels. Very expensive per night to not reciene simple things such as these...
The guy working in the shop was very rude on the first morning. I wasn't aware I had to pre order croissants and attempted to get one as he was stacking the fridges not attending and was extremely rude when saying they needed to be pre ordered the previous day. The lady was very kind and lovely though who worked in there. As were the reception staff when offering where to go on the lake.

Le séjour s'est globalement bien passé. L hébergement est spacieux et était propre a notre arrivée. Accueil sympathique, aire de jeux enfants, les voisins de l hébergement adorable en nous prêtant un petit vélo pour notre fille.
Il manque quelques informations sur le site . Date d ouverture des différents services, la supérette etait fermée, le club enfant fermé, le resto était en train d ouvrir (carte limité). Certaines informations sont différentes sur les mails. Caution 300 dans le premier mail puis 500 au final. Possible en espèces à l arrivée puis plus possible. Nous avons fait une photo d une prise électrique dans l hébergement qui s ouvrait en deux (fil dénudé touchable par un enfant) au moment de l état des lieux par swikly, personne n' ai venu réparer. Vu la dangerosité nous aurions aimé plus de réactivité.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de faire un retour sur votre séjour et regrettons que tout ne se soit pas passé comme vous l'auriez souhaité.
Nous sommes étonnés par certaines de vos remarques car vous êtes passé à plusieurs reprises à la réception et à aucun moment vous ne nous avez signalé cette prise défectueuse. Les photos que vous envoyez sur Swikly ne sont pas destinées à nous informer d'un problème mais bien à vous protéger par rapport à la caution.
La supérette était bien ouverte, elle est simplement fermée entre 12h30 et 16h à cette période.
Notre restaurant était lui aussi ouvert et effectivement la carte est simple car nous privilégions les produits frais et faits maison.
Concernant le club enfant, comme dans tous les campings, celui-ci est accessible en juillet et en août.
La caution sur les modèles TAOS est effectivement de 500€ et nous avons commis une erreur sur le 1er mail. Nous ne prenons effectivement plus les cautions en espèces afin de limiter les risques d'agression pour notre personnel.
Nous espérons néanmoins vous retrouver lors d'un prochain séjour où nous pourrons communiquer directement afin de rendre votre séjour agréable.

Personnel souriant et accueillant. Mobil home propre bien agencé et équipements adaptés. Seul bémol avec l’option draps car pas nickel , il y avait des tâches sur les draps et poils sur tait d’oreiller donc pas cool.

Der Campingplatz liegt mitten im Wald an einem Hang. Es ist sehr schöner, ruhiger Ort in der Natur!

Accommodation review - Classic+ 2 Bedrooms | 25 m²
Im Mobile Home war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Es war sauber und nett eingerichtet. Besonders toll fanden wir das große Fenster. Es gibt einen Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt neben dem Mobile Home. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am See. Der sehr schöne kleine Ort Bauduen ist in ca 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption spricht sehr gut Englisch!
Da wir in der Vorsaison dort waren war der Laden am Platz noch nicht geöffnet, das sollte man bedenken. Es gibt aber einen kleinen Laden in Bauduen.

De omgeving is prachtig, dit is waarvoor we kwamen.
Restaurant en campingwinkel waren gesloten. Dit is vooraf niet gecommuniceerd.

Terras met overkapping is ideaal, keuken ook goed.
Het stonk er naar sigaretten. Badkamer is heel klein.

Alerte information sécurité à revoir ( pour exemple orage violent et coupure électricité subis mais trop peu de communication de la part du personnel du camping hormis une hotesse bienveillante et à l’ecoute)

Magnifique région
Camping pas à la hauteur de ses tarifs, chauffe eau qui s'arrêtait de chauffer toutes les 30secondes autant dire que lorsque la douche commence à devenir froide cela deviens très désagréable ,obligé de le débrancher à chaque fois ,sympa quand on est sous la douche.
Piscine pas au top de son hygiène, fil de lampe apparents, pataugeoire hors service, plaques cassés, pédiluve sans eau.

Douche qui se mettait en sécurité toutes les 30 secondes, obligés de débrancher le chauffe eau.
Quand on est une famille de 6 personnes cela deviens fortement désagréable surtout durant 2 semaines.
Et cela sur 2 mobil home .
Le directeur du camping à été mit au courant car cela à durée 2semaines, je suis toujours dans l'attente du geste commerciale promis lors de mon départ...

Le mobil home, le cadre pleine nature, la proximité de lieux touristiques et.....bien sûr l'accueil.

Bonjour Monsieur,
Un grand merci pour votre agréable avis.
Effectivement, nous avons subi les conséquences d'un dégât des eaux au niveau de la supérette et nous le regrettons sincèrement. Néanmoins, à cette époque la supérette aurait été fermée.
Des travaux de réaménagement des routes, entre autres, sont prévus durant notre pause hivernale afin de rendre l'expérience de chacun la plus agréable possible.
Nous espérons vous retrouver l'année prochaine pour venir profiter de ces nombreux changements.

C'est pour nous un moyen de décompresser à deux pas de chez nous.
ET cette fois ci nous avons vécu un été Indien magique.
Le calme, la Nature et le chant des oiseaux comme font sonore.
