A good visit, despite a tremendous thunderstorm

Friendly welcome, good level pitch with electric hook up and with water directly on the pitch. Nice walk into the beautiful, fascinating village
The women’s toilets/ showers were locked, meaning they had to use the men’s facilities- walking directly past the urinals. Understandable perhaps with just the two couples initially on site, but when there were 5 pitches occupied, we felt that the women’s facilities should have been available.

Friendliness of reception
Toilets and showers were pretty abysmal. Showers apart from being very old were unfortunately not even classed as warm. You had to hold your hand on showers button to receive water and when you took your hand off it stopped immediately. TBH I only remained under the cold flow for seconds as it was extremely cold and even more difficult to try and wash with one hand. Washing up sinks outside were within a couple of foot ftom a sink used for emptying chemical toilets. Eeugh.

We are surprised to read about your difficulties using the shower. It is actually a shower equipped with a presto button which by definition functions when pressed. Hot water comes next. However, we will take care to increase the time delay in order to improve shower comfort.

We stopped in here for one night, the pool was great although getting our 8ft wide 7.5m long caravan through was ‘Interesting’
Showers were good, toilets had no seats, no soap and no toilet paper.
The owner was friendly and spoke good English and the local village was quite beautiful.

The trees a bit for High caravans and bikes on roofs

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Rien à redire.
Lors du retour au gîte à 2h du matin, nous sommes rentré dans le noir intégrale. Il manque un éclairage à détecteur de mouvement par exemple.

Proximité avec la salle des fêtes.
Trop de lumière le matin dès le levé du soleil.
Rien pour éviter la lumière de rentrer a plusieurs ouvertures.
Bien dommage quand on dors sur place en pensant ce reposer.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre ressenti suite à votre nuitée dans l’un de nos gîtes à l’occasion d’un mariage. Nous sommes heureux de voir que l’hébergement vous a plu et que vous lui attribuez la note maximale.
Nous prenons bien en compte votre remarque concernant la luminosité au petit matin. malgré que nos gîtes soient équipés de volets sur chaques fenêtres et porte. Peut être avez vous été gêné par le rideau positionné dans la mezzanine, sans doute était il mal tiré. Nous réfléchissons à des solutions d’occultation supplémentaires pour améliorer encore le confort de nos hôtes.
Concernant les services, nous aurions aimé en savoir davantage sur ce qui vous a semblé insuffisant. Cela nous permettrait de mieux comprendre vos attentes pour 1 sejour d'une nuit, et d’y répondre lors de vos prochaines visites.
Enfin, sachez que chaque logement est préparé et soigneusement nettoyé avant chaque arrivée afin de garantir la propreté et le confort de tous nos clients.
