We really like the place and already stayed here for the fourth time. The campsite is very green, nice and the pitches are comfortable. Everything is clean. And of course, the Lacarra family is very friendly and helpful. Everybody always welcomes us with a smile. Thank you for everything.

The pitches are wide, green and comfortable. Hedges and trees make everything look beautiful. Electricity worked excellent. A comfortable place for relaxing holidays.

Our pitch was very well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. It had shade and trees, which made it perfect for relaxing and also very practical for hanging things. It was a great place to enjoy the outdoors while still having everything we needed.

Pasamos una semana en Agosto, con niños pequeños. Todo espectacular, los días lindos fuimos a la playa, que esta literalmente enfrente. Los días de lluvia armamos planes por la zona. El camping es mu acogedor, con arboles, atmosfera falmiliera, y para destacar la atención super amable del personal.

Los baños siempre impecables. Las parcelas de muy buen tamaño. Disfrutamos la pista de petanca y la mesa de ping pong.
Para tener en cuenta, puede tocarte una parcela un poco alejada de la conexión eléctrica, por lo que puedes necesitar una extensión de hasta 30 metros. En general tiene disponibles para prestar, pero a mi me toco salir a comprar una.

This is a family owned camp site and with that there is a great sense of pride in ensuring that it is clean ,tidy and well kept. Pitches are good and very well maintained and very grassy. Some are on a slight slope but that has never been an issue to me .The facilities are modern clean and tidy. Gardens are very well kept.
The staff are very diligent and you feel no matter the problem or concern they will have an answer. My French is very limited but there are several members of the team here who speak very good English if this is a concern to you. Have a look at the web site.
There is very little to improve here. We spend three weeks on this site and never find anything that we could improve.

Great pitch , perfect for us . Very grassy and no mud even when it rains !
Never had an issue with anything
Top tip if you stay here . A 20 meter electric cable is probably the best,, to give you flexibility in putting in your electric cable , so that you can ensure it is not a trip hazard by being too short.
Try not to cram to much on one pitch and book a second if you need that much space , i know its a cost implication but its just better for everyone. There is no additional parking for extra cars on site.
For me there is nothing about this site that I dislike. Try it you will not be disappointed

This was our 2nd stay and yet again we can not fault the place. Lovely beach a stones throw away, restaurants within walking distance, quiet family friendly site run by a lovely family. We are looking forward to returning.

This site is like a little peace of heaven. Verdant, grassy unspoilt pitches with fantastic flowers and trees. Beautifully maintained with extremely welcoming staff and owners. It is right next to the beach which was also very quiet and relaxed. I hope to go back!
There is no hand soap in the toilet area, which means you need to carry your own. Wall soap dispensers would be a huge improvement. As with many French sites there were also no toilet seats. If this was rectified the site would be perfect!

Such a great welcome. Information about the area- spoke excellent English. Great facilities- and the site was so well managed- pretty borders. Good to see people working on the site during the day and always with a smile. We felt part of the campsite during our stay. We were welcomed to play boules with some regular French clients- such a great experience!
Would love to have soap in the wash areas.

Beautiful site, fantastic location with wonderful hosts.

Spent a week in August at this lovely family run site. Located beside the sea with a choice of beaches, and bars and restaurants within 1-5 minutes walk. We brought our own caravan and large awning and we're delighted with our pitch which was located in a quiet corner.
The family and staff are very kind and friendly. We enjoyed many relaxed breakfasts and coffees in the cafe. The facilities were kept very clean. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the open air cinemae evening. Thank you Camping Merko Lecarra for a wonderful stay.

Excellent camping for family summer holidays

Beautiful, clean camping with practical layout. Close vicinity (5 min walking distance) to the beaches, restaurants, bars, surfing school and bus stop. Silence at night - you hear only ocean. Top notch customer experience, very friendly and supportive staff (even though my french is poor at best :-)). You can order fresh bread and croissants each day. On-camping events - we especially liked live concert of small band. All in all, wonderful vacation. Two thumbs up, way up!!!

Improvements - air condition on the hotter days would be nice. One or two sunbeds on the terrace would be a nice addition.
