Naturen. Utrolig venligt personale. Vejret. Det må være svært for en campingplads ved en flod, når vandet står 17 meteår under normalen.

Wifi mangler på pladsen uden for receptionen. Morgenbrød klokken 8.30 er for sent til os

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour et pour avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience 😊 Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre environnement naturel, la gentillesse de notre équipe et le confort de votre petit mobil-home. Nous sommes également heureux d’avoir pu vous aider à prendre en main le chauffe-eau lors de votre arrivée 😉 Vous avez parfaitement résumé la situation concernant la Loire : cette année, son niveau a été exceptionnellement bas, avec une situation particulièrement difficile pour un camping situé au bord de la rivière. Heureusement, notre cadre naturel reste toujours aussi agréable à découvrir. 🌿 Concernant le Wi-Fi, notre réseau est effectivement principalement disponible autour de la réception. Nous sommes conscients que cela peut être une limite, mais notre situation géographique ne nous permet pas actuellement d'avoir une couverture optimale sur l'ensemble du camping. Pour le pain, nous avons choisi une distribution à partir de 8h30 afin de rester cohérents avec notre organisation et les horaires de travail de l'équipe. Nous comprenons toutefois que cela puisse être un peu tard pour les campeurs qui prennent la route tôt le matin. Nous prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant la cabine de douche et les moustiquaires. Ce sont des améliorations que nous pourrons étudier progressivement. Merci encore pour votre visite et au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau pour profiter de notre petit coin de nature au bord de la Loire 🌿☀️
