Es un lugar perfecto para la desconexión y el relax de cuerpo y mente, en una combinación perfecta de bosque y mar. Magníficas instalaciones, personal de trato agradable.
En esta ocasión, hemos observado que había demasiadas personas con ropa, que no practicaban la desnudez total, con el buen clima que hacía !! lo que nos hacía sentir un poco incómodos.

But the accomodation , the Moon Duo 2p , could have been better.
If you have a very poor couch in a chalet it should be covered on arrival

Parcela amplia y bien delimitada con vegetación, sombra.
El suelo muy duro con restos de construcción, piedras, etc Clavar las piquetas era muy muy difícil.

Accomdation was spotlessly clean
Relatively quiet location
The couch in the chalet was extremely poor.
You couldnt give it to a charity shop.
I arrived after a 14 hour journey to fine none of my ordered towels/linen in the apartment.
Later after a nap, i decided to relax with a cup of tea, but i discovered the gas cooker had no ignition and no matches provided to light with. Thus unable to boil water for tea.
By that time 9pm the shop on campsite was closed.
I discovered the following day reception had taken my car reg wrong.. so barrier failed to rise on return and to compound matters , the intercom system at the gate had also broken down

Very happy, great atmosphere
Review of the campsite
A great atmosphere. We were close to a stunning beach and the site has a couple of good swimming pools. We were also pleased to see that there was a good vegetarian option in the restaurant although it was not in the menu the staff were able to suggest it. .
We felt that there wasn’t enough signage within the site guiding residents to the waste bin area, swimming pool entrance etc. whilst at this time of year there are fewer activities we would have liked to have been informed if forthcoming activities such as the open air market that we found to be very worthwhile.

A large pitch in the mitorbome area with electricity, water and close to showers and toilets.

1st visit to Arno, enjoyed our stay , perhaps some signs around campsite encouraging nudity where possible as there was quite a lot of of dressed guests walking around
Is bed linen provided in the accommodations for the guests ?

An almost perfect escape from reality

Almost everything.
The cleanliness of our chalet was not the best when we arrived. There were used tissues under the bed and leftover food in the kitchen drawers. Communication as to what was or what wasn’t included in our reservation was very confusing and contradictory.
The outside pool water temperature and the water temperature of the jacuzzis in the spa could have been warmer.
Toilet seats were missing in the spa which cheapens the whole experience.

Beautiful location. Great beach. Well maintained. Respectful, happy atmosphere. Nice staff. Range of activities. Good food. Good to see that Cap Fun’s investment in children’s facilities is already paying off in a change in demographics. Noticeably more young families this year. The better attention to the badminton courts was appreciated. Etienne, Charlie, Estelle and Leyloue especially good in the restaurant / bar. Reception staff exceptional as always. Wish that the pool bar was consistently open for longer. Supermarket very good (especially the meat and cheeses).
Carraques sanitaires should be rebuilt urgently.

Lots of space. Beautiful view.
The Carraques sanitaires are long overdue for improvement. We used Tuc instead, but that shouldn’t have been necessary.

A lovely stay again (our 3rd) - lots of sunshine and relaxing by the pool and a romantic evening on the beach watching the sun set.
The staff are always smiling and cheerful and helpful. It was lovely to see Fabienne on poolside again.
Mobile internet reception much better than in previous years too :)
A confusing array of posters in different places advertising the week's activities - if you could consolidate into a "single day" that'd be awesome.

A good size chalet - we were very comfortable
Could do with another light in the living room - it's either big overhead or the light over the draining board.

I love everything about Arnaoutchot, which is why I keep going back. This year I stayed from 10th to 23rd August, one week camping and one week in a chalet. The staff are all wonderful, the environment super friendly and safe, and always clean & tidy.
I can't really think of any!
Accommodation review -
I like the Carraques area because of it's views to the dune and the sunsets. The pitches are all well sized with good spacing between each. I always meet nice people here - there's a community feel.

Overpriced campsite, especially compared to Euronat, La Genesa, Rene Oltra,..., poorly equipped pitches, only electricity and that is extra (8€/day) pay!,

Very friendly atmosphere. Many families with children in all ages. Activities for different interests. Good food and wide assortment in the stores. Huge beach that was very clean and well managed. Friendly and helpsome staff.
A bit dark in the night, some more lights would be worthful.
The beach is amazing but a bit far from the accomodation.

The shop (l'Epicier) - love the selection of good and the fresh bread is excellent.
The bakery (the venoisserie)
The shower blocks are getting old they need upgrading.
More disabled toilets and showers in all areas.
Accommodation review -
The pitch was very close to the playground but it was spacious and the neighbours were good.
Too noisy at night in August - many young people getting drunk and singing in the playground disturbed us many times at night when we were sleeping.
