The Camping de l'Arnel is located at the entrance of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, on the D185 departmental road, between Sète and Palavas les Flots, 10 km south of Montpellier. Its geographical location is privileged, as the site borders the Arnel pond. The surrounding wild and preserved nature gives it a magical dimension. The fauna and flora are highly diverse. When you enter the campsite, you feel like you are in a true haven of peace. The campsite is calm, and the richness of the site is linked to its vegetation. It is well wooded and shaded, with the vegetation providing protection from the sun in the summer. You will find large trees such as palm trees, plane trees, pines, and tamarisks. Each pitch is delimited by this vegetation. Within the campsite, you will find a playground, a game room, a pétanque court, and a water area with two swimming pools. In the town of Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, you will find everything you need (shops and supermarkets) for your shopping and daily necessities. From the campsite, a path will lead you to the Villeneuve beaches, reachable by bike in 15 minutes or on foot in 30 minutes. At the Pilou parking lot, the little train will be waiting to take you to the seaside or to the Maguelone Cathedral. It also connects to Palavas via the beaches.

Accueil très sympathique. Très belle vue sur l'étang. Pas de vis à vis. Les flamants roses et les chevaux. Pas de moustiques. Le camping est calme, propre, arboré. Grande surface avec station d'essence à proximité. Bonne ambiance générale avec les résidents. Nombreux sites à visiter dans la région. Tout pour passer un excellent séjour.

Parking extérieur avec code possible en plus de la place de parking à côté du mobil-home. Jeux enfants et adultes sympas. Un restaurant sur place. Bonnes balades à faire dans les environs. Au plus près de l'étang.

Le mobil home no 24 trop près de la route bcp trop bruillent la journée et la nuit

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis.
Effectivement, le mobil-home n°24 est situé à proximité de la route : il est équipé de double vitrage pour limiter les nuisances, mais nous comprenons que cela puisse rester inconfortable pour les personnes sensibles au bruit. Nous disposons de mobil-homes plus au calme, éloignés de la route, et notre équipe fait toujours son possible pour proposer un changement lorsque cela est possible.
Concernant la musique entendue jusqu’à 6 h du matin, elle ne provenait pas de notre soirée karaoké, qui s’est terminée comme toujours à minuit, mais d’une fête organisée à l’extérieur du camping, dans les champs de l’autre côté de la route. Nous avons contacté la gendarmerie cette nuit-là et nous allons également en informer la mairie afin d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
Nous vous remercions par ailleurs pour vos compliments sur notre accueil et notre personnel, qui met tout en œuvre pour satisfaire nos vacanciers.
Au plaisir de vous accueillir dans un mobil-home plus au calme lors d’un prochain séjour.

Un camping très agréable et convivial.

Le camping est très arboré et naturel. Les emplacements sont bien délimités et suffisamment grands. La piscine est grande, très propre. Les espaces verts sont bien entretenus. Les sanitaires sont propres mais très vétustes.
Sans aucun doute les sanitaires ! Bien que les cuvettes des toilettes ont toujours été propres , la structure est vieillotte, les carrelages sont cassés, les ensembles séparations portres à moderniser.
La partie douches n'est pas accueillante, les écoulements sentent mauvais, il semblerait qu'il n'y ait pas de syphon. Les carrelages sont cassés, les portes manteaux rouillés.Ce bâtiment mérite une réhabilitation totale .
