Der Platz insgesamt und der Poolbereich sind toll und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett
Mangelnde Englischkenntnisse nahezu aller MitarbeiterInnen, mittelmäßiges Essen im Restaurant, zu unserer Zeit (Mitte September - Anfang Oktober) leider so gut wie gar keine anderen Kinder vor Ort, sondern fast ausschließlich französische Rentnerpaare, sehr hellhörige Unterkünfte (was mit Kind schon nervig sein kann), WLAN als Extra unverschämt teuer, Pool ab 01.10. nicht mehr beheizt

The cabin was very clean and kept well. The pool was perfect height for our 6 yr old and the entertainment by the staff was excellent.
This is not a improvement I don't think there is anything that can be done here but 2 Pairs of our kids sandles were taken one of the days. Which was disappointing as they were new crocs.

The site was close to supermarkets, the beautiful town and beach at Valras and easy distance to other other places of interest. We really enjoyed visiting other towns and nature reserves to see the flamingos
It had good security and amenities.
Very helpful reception staff when needed.
A wide range of entertainment well displayed and advertised
Our stay was near the end of the season and the campsite hedges etc we’re in need of a tidy trim
The pool was in need of renovation, wooden bridges and pool ladders a bit unstable and it got crowded so I would not like to be here high season.
Our chalet was near the road and it was noisy.. some soundproofing fencing would be helpful.

Accommodation review - Mobile home COMFORT 2 bedrooms SUNDAY
Our initial chalet was changed due to Ants nesting in the ceiling. Our second chalet was clean and comfortable but unexpectedly had a king size bed so our bedding did not fully fit! It was well equipped with good china glasses and cutlery. The shower was excellent, the best we have had while camping! A comfortable stay and a very enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed the site but feel it may be too crowded for us in high season
When booking there was no site map available and some of the chalet areas had car parking away from the chalet which we are not used to and would not choose. Our allocated chalet was like that and we discovered an ants nest in the ceiling light in the main bedroom. Not good! But the reception changed our pitch and we were able to have a chalet with on site parking, very good service. It had an electric hob but no kettle so any hot water needed for tea or coffee or took ages in a saucepan.Some of the security locks on the windows were damaged so we had to keep the windows closed.

Nous recherchions un hébergement tranquille à l'écart des animations nocturnes. Nous l'avons trouvé.
Nous avons apprécié le confort mini mais suffisant, un lit deux places de 160 x 200 et la clim indispensable en cette période.

Tonguy et son énergie qui fait énormément de bien après des années marqués avec Marco qui était un vrai soleil heureuse de retrouver du dynamisme beaucou humour et un niveau de danse incroyable
Accueil avant les filles était beaucoup plus accueillante avenante en partant j'ai demandé la facture on m'a. Dit on vous l'envoie par mail. Automatiquement je n'ai encore rien alors qu'on m'a dit dans les 24 voir 48h
Un spectacle d'animation serait un vrai plus

Piscine mieux chauffée ou une partie couverte. L'eau n'était pas assez chaude sauf le dernier jour du sejour. Le prix pour le menage est très élevé. Je nai jamais payé au delà de 80 €.

Aspirateur plus qu'un balai dans ce type de logement. Et autre chose pour laver le sol car je suis pas sûr que cela lave grand chose !

Pouvoir arriver plus tôt et repartir en fin de journée le mobilhomme n’étant pas occupé c’est très agréable . Qualité du restaurant. Zone piéton très agréable camping très bien arboré
Le bruit de la musique très forte qui tourne toute la journée à côté de la piscine et qui s’étend jusqu’au fond du camping jusque tard le soir on a pas compris l’intérêt de cette nuisance le camping n’est donc pas calme du tout. Piscine chauffée mais eau glaciale …c’était un critère de réservations pour nous majeur et nous ne nous sommes pas baigné comme beaucoup d’autre vacancier. Et baignade plus surveillée c’est dommage car rassurant avec des enfants en cas de problème
