Der Platz insgesamt und der Poolbereich sind toll und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett
Mangelnde Englischkenntnisse nahezu aller MitarbeiterInnen, mittelmäßiges Essen im Restaurant, zu unserer Zeit (Mitte September - Anfang Oktober) leider so gut wie gar keine anderen Kinder vor Ort, sondern fast ausschließlich französische Rentnerpaare, sehr hellhörige Unterkünfte (was mit Kind schon nervig sein kann), WLAN als Extra unverschämt teuer, Pool ab 01.10. nicht mehr beheizt

The cabin was very clean and kept well. The pool was perfect height for our 6 yr old and the entertainment by the staff was excellent.
This is not a improvement I don't think there is anything that can be done here but 2 Pairs of our kids sandles were taken one of the days. Which was disappointing as they were new crocs.

The site was close to supermarkets, the beautiful town and beach at Valras and easy distance to other other places of interest. We really enjoyed visiting other towns and nature reserves to see the flamingos
It had good security and amenities.
Very helpful reception staff when needed.
A wide range of entertainment well displayed and advertised
Our stay was near the end of the season and the campsite hedges etc we’re in need of a tidy trim
The pool was in need of renovation, wooden bridges and pool ladders a bit unstable and it got crowded so I would not like to be here high season.
Our chalet was near the road and it was noisy.. some soundproofing fencing would be helpful.

Accommodation review - Mobile home COMFORT 2 bedrooms SUNDAY
Our initial chalet was changed due to Ants nesting in the ceiling. Our second chalet was clean and comfortable but unexpectedly had a king size bed so our bedding did not fully fit! It was well equipped with good china glasses and cutlery. The shower was excellent, the best we have had while camping! A comfortable stay and a very enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed the site but feel it may be too crowded for us in high season
When booking there was no site map available and some of the chalet areas had car parking away from the chalet which we are not used to and would not choose. Our allocated chalet was like that and we discovered an ants nest in the ceiling light in the main bedroom. Not good! But the reception changed our pitch and we were able to have a chalet with on site parking, very good service. It had an electric hob but no kettle so any hot water needed for tea or coffee or took ages in a saucepan.Some of the security locks on the windows were damaged so we had to keep the windows closed.

Sejour tres agréable.

Malgré les temperatures extérieures et de l'eau, un peu fraîches, l'équipe d'animation a su nous réchauffer et nous dynamiser. Spécial remerciement à Tonguy, pour son énergie, sa bonne humeur, son humour et ses chorégraphies entraînantes.
Accès à la mer piéton.
Horaires piscine plus élargis, le matin, ainsi que le soir.

Nous sommes ravis que l’équipe d’animation ait contribué à rendre votre séjour agréable malgré des températures un peu fraîches ! Un grand merci également pour votre gentil message à l’attention de Tonguy, qui sera très touché par vos compliments sur son énergie et sa bonne humeur.

Attention le lino marque beaucoup (chaises)
Une épicerie plus fournie (exemple: nous cherchions de la farine, faire cuire les poissons achetés le matin)
L'emplacement est un peu serré entre d'autres, et n'offre pas de vue appréciable.

Très bon séjour au camping

Le camping est très propre, notre mobil-home correspondait bien à la description, très propre aussi.
Les animateurs sont très sympas , très investis.
Le parc aquatique est super et il y a de nombreux terrains de jeux, sport, pétanque
Peut-être un peu plus de lumière dans les allées la nuit, et une carte au restaurant plus étoffée

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié les équipements du camping, la piscine, la végétation ainsi que le confort et l’équipement du mobil-home.
Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés pour les difficultés rencontrées à votre arrivée et pour ce contretemps lié au problème électrique. Nous comprenons votre mécontentement face à cette situation, d’autant plus avec deux enfants et à une heure tardive. Vos remarques concernant l’accueil et la surveillance de l’aire de jeux ont bien été prises en compte afin d’améliorer nos services.
Nous espérons malgré tout avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions.

Par rapport à ma réservation, on m'a donné les clés d'un mobil home avec la clim et c'était très appréciable.
Merci de vérifier vos mobil home concencieusement pour éviter les fuites, la fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas et bien sûr les lits dont les lattes passent à travers.

le Mobil home était parfait, propre, camping très calme et bien placé
quand nous sommes arrivés le chauffage était sur clim donc il faisait hyper froid, donc mettre le chauffage à 22 degrés avant l'arrivée des vacanciers

Chauffage d'appoint pour les locations hivernales, la clim réversible c'est un peu juste.
