Der Platz insgesamt und der Poolbereich sind toll und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett
Mangelnde Englischkenntnisse nahezu aller MitarbeiterInnen, mittelmäßiges Essen im Restaurant, zu unserer Zeit (Mitte September - Anfang Oktober) leider so gut wie gar keine anderen Kinder vor Ort, sondern fast ausschließlich französische Rentnerpaare, sehr hellhörige Unterkünfte (was mit Kind schon nervig sein kann), WLAN als Extra unverschämt teuer, Pool ab 01.10. nicht mehr beheizt

The cabin was very clean and kept well. The pool was perfect height for our 6 yr old and the entertainment by the staff was excellent.
This is not a improvement I don't think there is anything that can be done here but 2 Pairs of our kids sandles were taken one of the days. Which was disappointing as they were new crocs.

The site was close to supermarkets, the beautiful town and beach at Valras and easy distance to other other places of interest. We really enjoyed visiting other towns and nature reserves to see the flamingos
It had good security and amenities.
Very helpful reception staff when needed.
A wide range of entertainment well displayed and advertised
Our stay was near the end of the season and the campsite hedges etc we’re in need of a tidy trim
The pool was in need of renovation, wooden bridges and pool ladders a bit unstable and it got crowded so I would not like to be here high season.
Our chalet was near the road and it was noisy.. some soundproofing fencing would be helpful.

Accommodation review - Mobile home COMFORT 2 bedrooms SUNDAY
Our initial chalet was changed due to Ants nesting in the ceiling. Our second chalet was clean and comfortable but unexpectedly had a king size bed so our bedding did not fully fit! It was well equipped with good china glasses and cutlery. The shower was excellent, the best we have had while camping! A comfortable stay and a very enjoyable holiday. We enjoyed the site but feel it may be too crowded for us in high season
When booking there was no site map available and some of the chalet areas had car parking away from the chalet which we are not used to and would not choose. Our allocated chalet was like that and we discovered an ants nest in the ceiling light in the main bedroom. Not good! But the reception changed our pitch and we were able to have a chalet with on site parking, very good service. It had an electric hob but no kettle so any hot water needed for tea or coffee or took ages in a saucepan.Some of the security locks on the windows were damaged so we had to keep the windows closed.

Camping familial mais décevant

Check-in et check-out rapide et efficace. Le plus du camping est son espace aquatique, adapté à tous.
Enormément de voitures traversent le camping, mais pour autant 2/3 du camping doivent être garées sur des parking dédiés (loin des mobil homes). Accueil du restaurant peu agréable.
Mobil home récent, bien agencé et très confortable. Tout le nécessaire est présent pour des vacances en famille
Proximité des mobil homes : la terrasse du mobil home voisin était littéralement sous les fenêtres des chambres. Mobil home premium au milieu de mobil home de la gamme classic (entrée de gamme sans climatisation) et donc plus bruyants jusqu'à tard le soir. Nos enfants ont été réveillés pratiquement tous les soirs (minuit) par nos voisins qui profitaient d'un peu de fraicheur sur leur terrasse. Un rappel des nuisances sonores auprès des vacanciers aurait été le bienvenu. Déception et aucun intérêt à payer un mobil home de la gamme premium pour être dans une allée de mobil homes gamme classic.

L’équipe d’animation est top, la piscine agréable, le calme est respecté le soir et l’équipe technétium d’entretien sont réactivés.
L’équipe du restaurant n’est pas toujours très aimable (n’a pas le sourire facile). Le revêtement autour du mobil home envoi beaucoup de poussière.
Manque de rangement, la plaque électrique est très old school et la literie n’est pas très confortable.

La piscine reste trop petite par rapport a la taille du camping, ca manque d'arbres au dessus des mobilhomes, les animations externes sont bien mais a la piscine ils prennent tout l'espace

Équipe très sympa et très dynamique
Propreté des infrastructures
Faire davantage respecter les règles à la piscine ( ne pas plonger dans la piscine par exemple ) pour le bien être de tous les vacanciers et pour des questions de sécurité même si c est davantage du ressort des parents
Mobil home très propre, bien équipé. Emplacement top. La terrasse était bien ombragée.
L'hébergement correspondait à la description et répondait à nos attentes.

Équipe d animation au Top, le personnel du restaurant très accueillant, camping calme, logement agréable surtout le terrasse.
Enlever les serviettes des personnes qui partent manger mais qui garde leur serviette sur les transats, un peu de respect. Peut être un food truck pour changer du resto.
La verdure au bord de la terrasse, le calme, l équipement dans le logement. Rien à redire.

Dommage que les jeux pour enfant Dans la zone pietonne ferme a 19h

L'agent technique a pu nous la nettoyer le lendemain tres reatif merci

bon club ado, accueille de la réception top burger et Thibault au resto/bar pour sauver cette établissement.
Le bar/restaurant mis à part les burgers, pizzas pour le reste on se demande comment ces responsables voient l'Horeca? Connaissances des cocktails inexistantes, l'aimabilité a dû se perdre qlq part et une gestion qui me semble inexistante heureusement ils ont un jeune homme qui essaient de faire du mieux, merci (Thibault) Je pense que pour l'image du camping un nouveau responsable connaissant l'Horeca serait des plus rapide à penser changer.
Je suis du métier et un potentiel pareil doit être mieux géré.
manque de voilure pour s'ombrager sur la terrasse. air co chambre ou ventilateur à disposition.
Tv un poil plus grande ;-)
