Not as good as Beach Garden
Review of the campsite
We have holidayed at Beach Garden for the last 5 years and thoroughly enjoyed every visit.
We chose to move to Nouvelle Floride as we enjoyed the pool area on our previous visits, and noticed that there was a new area with Maison de Sables.
The parking space for pitch 322 was very small. and we had to remove our rear bike rack to fit in the space.
There was a considerable amount of noise from the entertainment area and also from the external bar across the road - which carried on until after midnight.
The WiFi coverage was dreadful.
Increase the car parking space size.
Request external entertainment venue to reduce noise levels after 11pm.

I think it’s possibly the best campsite we have ever stayed at. Everything was clean and even the toilets smelt nice!
The paella we bought from the takeaway wasn’t up to much! Also, a man with a leaf blower blew dust into our camper, not impressed. If the pitches were less dusty it would have been unbelievable

The Maison des Sables which we stayed in last year at Beach Garden was far superior to this new one at Nouvelle Floride - which just felt like a caravan. We were disappointed that the second bathroom was not a en-suite, as we had friends coming with us and we had told them it was an en-suite as that was what we had last year.
The showers were excellent, as was the outside area.
Lack of storage and hanging space compared to the same accommodation at Beach Garden.
Kitchen storage - cupboards too high to reach items inside.
WiFi was particularly poor.

Location of the pitch was handy for pool complex, shops, restaurants and WCs/showers.
Bit noisy as we were right by the entrance. Also, people leaving engines running whilst dealing with reception staff. The ground itself was like dust so very dirty inside our camper by the time we departed

Excellent facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Serving, entertainment and reception staff were excellent at their jobs.
It would have been helpful if security staff knew some English as we had some issues when we tried to check-in.

Absolutely fabulous complex, facilities were spotless, location right on the beach, pools great even an adult only pool which was great for us. Staff worked really hard to make sure everything was spot on.

Best camping site we have visited so far. Beach is amazing, pool areas are scaled adequate for the number of people, so that you can get a sunbed even in the high season. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. Take away options very good. The mobile home we had (cottage collection was either new or they were just very good at cleaning it). Kids had fun with entertainment in the evening.
Cant really think of any downsides.

Less loud shows after 23.00. If the rule is that you are to be quite after 23.00 then the show should not be so lound until 24.00 ish.

We stayed in the new area (just behind the reception) and it was a very nice area. We where at N.Floride in 2023 and the improvements are great.
The cabin 314 was leaning so much that doors where closing, Cabinets was not able to stay open, the bed was with head down.... That is simply just not good enough. We mentioned this and the facility was there but nothing happened.

Loved our cabin, the pools and the beach. Evening show also nice
All restaurants in the area that we tried were not
up to standards. This includes the pizza from camping. Would have expected the big outdoor bar by the beach to served some simpler lunches like salads, pizzas and toasts.

Our mobilehome was prettier and cleaner than our house - very very good condition! The pool area was very excellent, clean and safe with lifeguards.
A few mails was in french, making it very difficult for foreigners to understand also it was difficult to read from mails the name of the mobilehome and what equipments was included. Mailinfo could be improved.

Excellent reception staff, went out of their way to make me welcome and accommodate my camping car ( it would not fit next to my accomodation)
Better sound proofing, the main bedroom of the unit backs onto the unit in the next row’s outdoor seating unit so sleep/nap is dependant on the other occupants behind as the walls are so thin. Also your advertising doesn’t illustrate the density of units. Cost wise I expected better

Air con, all the bits you need, especially the coffee machine ( a starter pack of pods would have been), beds were reasonably comfortable.
No room to get around the bed in the main bedroom. Hot water took for ever to come through ( not very eco friendly).
